Moravia Stamping is one of the biggest metal sheet stamping producers in Europe.We are able to offer wide range of producing technologies. Except of stamping, our technologies included also (spot) welding, clinching, tumbling, milling, threading or drilling. In terms of surface treatment we proceed oiling, ultrasonic cleaning, zinc phosphating or cataphoresis coating. We are able to manufacture black steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
Our company can also offer and produce the tool needed for stamping. We have skilled construction team and wide CNC machined park to full fill tasks like this.

Do you need punched parts on the strip? With or without galvanic surface refinement?
We specialize in the production of complex punching and bending parts, especially in the miniature sector, on the belt.
The parts are rolled up on reels and can be integrated directly into the production process.
As a partner of well-known companies in the electrical and automotive industry, we manufacture on our punching and bending machines from all common non-ferrous metals (as far as they are suitable for punching and bending). The typical end products include, for example, miniature switches, also with the required surface treatment.

We process all non-ferrous metals for your application, eg:

MTC Group is located in Fabriano, Italy and is composed by 2 business divisions: MTC for sheeht metal stamping dies and ARA for welding and automation systems in the automotive and home appliances sectors.

MTC (ww.m-centro.it ) designs and manufactures progressive and transfer dies up to 5 m length and 2 m width for manufacturing structural, suspension and seat parts in standard, high-strength steels, DP with thickness ranging from 0,3 to 2,5 mm. Design with CATIA V5, try-out and optimization are made in-house. We have 2 mechanical try-out presses of 500 and 1000 tons. Our customers are OEMs and Tier 1s worldwide.
