Keurhorst Metalworking was founded in 2015 by Michiel Keurhorst, an experienced metalworker, who has mastered the profession from practice after years of experience in the world of machining.

As a company, we mainly focus on complex 3D milling, but whether it is workpieces of Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium or plastic, we always aim for the best results and are satisfied with nothing less.

Furthermore, we are pre-eminently the address when it comes to high-end fine mechanical parts for, among other things, injection molds.

In order to achieve this, we have access to a beautiful Hermle milling machine, and a Bridgeport. Furthermore, we naturally work with the best (measuring) tools, in a fully air-conditioned workshop.

In addition, we can sometimes offer something extra with our Radial drilling machine, and a 3D printer.

KINEX Bearings Division belongs with its portfolio among important global suppliers of standard and special rolling bearings aimed for beddings in various industrial applications. The main task and goal is to ensure supplies of complete bearings assortment manufactured in individual plants of Bearings Division, to develop cooperation with customers and to provide them services in accordance with their requirements. In order to achieve a maximum satisfaction of our customers and to react flexibly to market requirements, the Bearings Division integrates R&D, engineering, manufacturing and commercial activities.

The history of bearings production in Kysuce region enjoys a long-term tradition. The Bearings Division commands over more than 60 years of experience in the production of standard and special bearings, a progressive production technology and own technical know-how. It offers a high product standard and quality under KINEX brand. Manufacturing companies of Bearings Division produce ca. 8.000 types of bearings modifications aimed for use in various industrial branches. Nearly entire production is directed via trading company KINEX BEARINGS, a.s. to foreign markets.

Plants of the Bearings Division have a developed Quality Management System compliant with process-oriented standard ISO/TS 16949. At the same time, the Quality Management System is provided pursuant to standards EN ISO 14001concerning Environmental Management and BS OHSAS 18001 concerning Occupational Health and Safety.

Kıvançlar Casting was established in 1981 in Ankara Sincan Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 2000m2. Kıvançlar is interested in cast iron and ductile iron casting works. We have a fully automated resin line. We also have a spectrometer laboratory where the necessary analyzes of the produced products are carried out

The company was formed in 2001 out of the idea, CNC - programs for sale. It was first performed avocational industry. This idea was the foundation for the later name:
KncP
K = construction
ncP = CNC - programs.
It followed the decision, also yet to be made to the programs parts. In 2002, a used CNC was from private sources - milling machine purchased, the second CNC 2005 - milling followed. The customer base expanded steadily, the avocation supplanted the little free time almost entirely, so that in June 2008 it was clear the decision to full independence. In September 2008, the production profile was through the acquisition of a new CNC - lathe should be considerably extended (CTX 410). Since the order situation remained stable despite the crisis, a new CNC was established in March 2010 - milling machine purchased (DMC 750V with 4th axis).
Other customers were added, bringing the changed requirements of the machinery again.In October 2011, a new high-speed CNC milling machine (microns) was added to the mold manufacturing. For the further expansion of the production spectrum, the second older machine could by a new 5 axis - CNC milling machine to be replaced (Hermle B300U). This project and the purchase of the factory building and the associated land was implemented in October 2012.

We are constantly striving to expand our production profile and are happy to accept new responsibilities and challenges.
