As a family business, all areas or tasks, eg from order processing to production and quality assurance, are closely interlinked. Our centerpiece, the "plastic injection molding", was rebuilt on the "green meadow" in 2016/2017 and expanded with state-of-the-art technology. We currently have 31 injection molding machines with a clamping force between 35t and 120t.
Furthermore, we are distinguished by the fact that we have been active in the toy industry for at least 15 years and as an A-supplier as an automotive supplier. Starting with thermoplastic foam casting over complex technical, micro and / or small parts and clear parts to assembly assembly, we can show plenty of experience. The production is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.

Our company, Voulgarelis Tooling, was established in Athens, in 1983.
The founder, Athanasios Voulgarelis, had gained valuable experience as a mould maker, by working for more than a decade, for well known American and Canadian toolmaking companies.
In September 2002, we moved to our new, spacious workshop, conveniently located in the heart of the industrial area in Peristeri, an area easily reached, close to Metropolitan Athens, its nearby vicinities and the port of Piraeus.

We own an 100 ton eccentric press for production of parts from sheet metal.
