Mizar s.r.l. is a certified mechanical parts manufacturer, established in 1967.
Born in the field of traditional machining, as Ditta BANCHE, by Giuseppe Banche, and in the field of CNC machining as MIZAR s.a.s. by Giuseppe Banche e Matteo Teppa, in 1997 the two activities were unified under the single company MIZAR s.r.l. . Since 2006, the company is managed by Valeria, Emanuela and Paola Banche. Over the years Mizar has increased its know-how thanks to continuous evolution of machinery and to the improvements of production processes, confirmed by ISO 9001:2000 DNV Certification, since 1999 and later by ISO 9001:2008.
Mizar spread over an area of about 2000 sq., and employs 16 qualified operators and 4 employees.
Mizar s.rl. is specialized in precision machining turning and milling on articles of small and medium size, for small and medium series.

Mizar provides finished products, starting from material supply, to surface treatment, test and assembly. A management software allows the program production and deliveries organization with efficiency. Since 2009, with the aim to increase their skills meet customer needs, Mizar has a CAD/CAM workstation that allows 5 axis in continuous machinings.

MKE produced for decades in Austria as a contract manufacturer of complex components, systems and components for railway engineering, machinery, heavy duty valves and automotive engineering as well as for film and medical device manufacturers.



Our core competencies are in machining CNC turning, CNC milling, EDM and wire EDM, grinding and profile grinding.



We manufacture using the latest CNC turning and milling centers, items and large series in a size range of 3 to DM DM 1800mm turning and 800 x 800 x 2000mm for milling. Our CNC lathes are equipped among others with MKE bar loaders, power tools and various serial devices. The materials that we process for you, go for plastics, brass, copper, aluminum, steel, chrome-nickel steels, titanium, and to Inconel (nickel-based alloys). The cutting of problematic materials is our strength.



On our EDM and wire EDM we edit a variety of workpieces and materials of different quality and grade up to a maximum height of 500mm with a travel of 750x500mm.

The surface quality of finished workpieces Ra 0.1 microns, cut with wires from 0.3 to 0.25 mm speak for themselves.



Another core competency of the company MKE is the surface technology. In the house MKE following techniques for surface finishing are available: polishing, grinding, anodizing, copper plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, hard chrome plating, gold plating and coating and printing of parts, components and complete devices.



In MKE course, all manufactured and assembled components and systems are up to the final inspection the prescribed tests and test by our quality assurance. We also deliver to the customer with customer-specific packaging and labeling the finished products directly to end customers.



The CNC machining and assembly of complex assemblies and systems or complete devices at the highest level is our goal.
