Simultaneous, multi-axis high-tech machines
Our machinery offers maximum precision and speed. Our machines with different kinematics cover the production of most types of components. With our mobile laser scanner, we can check the workpiece even during CNC processing. To achieve low cycle times, we use high-speed cutting tools (HSC). Our measurements are carried out in an air-conditioned measuring room, where our highly qualified measurement technicians continuously check the components throughout the entire manufacturing process. Our machinery includes high-tech tools and equipment of the highest quality.

When manufacturing complex components, we use heat treatment and coating to ensure the highest quality, regardless of the base material. Our plant has excellent expertise in reconstructing and reverse-engineering workpieces, even without available technical documentation. The tech group Genthin is an owner-managed family company whose origins can be traced back to the establishment of a company in 1990. At the beginning, Mike Pietrzak traded in automotive parts and accessories. The company's change to today's tech group was the result of economic changes. M. Paolillo Materie Plastiche has been working for thirty years in trading and processing Methacrylate (plexiglass, trespex, Perspex), Polycarbonate, Pvc, Polythene, Nylon and expanded Polystyrene, establishing himself as a safe and qualified reference for the entire industry.

To assure large production quantities and to produce extremely precise samples and prototypes, our company uses laser cutting CNC.
The experience gained during the years allowed us to specialize in furniture , scenography and shop fitting with artistic manual works. We also master unique techniques for “inclusions” in plexiglass (i.e. insertion of objects into block of plexiglass), using fluids and polystyrene materials.

In conjunction with our sister company Filltech we build filling machines and other equipment for the gas industry. This we are able to offer you in this area as our options.

In the early eighties, MPE developed a production in all precision engineering sectors at high technology levels, especially in the automotive one.
In 1997 the company moved to the current factory and achieved a production capacity of 15 million components per year.

We founded MPjetting in spring 2021 with the idea of offering and manufacturing 3D sand molds for the open market. We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to have our own 3D sand printer.

We have found a suitable production site in the halls of a former leather factory. We started production here on November 1st, 2021.


The advantages of 3D printing include the fast throughput time from data entry to the delivery of the components, the unlimited variety of geometries and the cost savings due to the classic model facilities that are not required.

You can not only obtain sand molds and/or sand cores from us.
With our partners for design, casting and machining, we can deliver prototypes, individual parts and series parts made of aluminum within a very short time.
