Established in 1992, our company has extensive experience in metalworking. We currently employ 50 workers.
Our production include:
CNC MILLING: We can vertically process dimensions 3000 × 1500, horizontally dimensions 2500 × 1500.
CNC TURNING: Fi 1000 × 1500 turning capability.
GRINDING: Flat - max. dimensions 3000 × 1500 in
                     Round outer + inner Fi 450 × 2500.
TOOLS: We produce all kinds of tools for stamping, forging, normals, plastics and various preparations.
CLASSICAL MILLING AND CUTTING: We offer milling services up to 1600 × 800 and turning to Fi 1500 × 500, Fi 400 × 4000 and Fi 600 × 1500.
WELDING OF STRUCTURES: Structures can be welded up to 3000 × 1500 and up to Fi 1200 on a circular welding table.
MATERIAL CUTTING: Cutting is possible on band saws up to 800 × 800 and flame CNC cutting up to 4000 × 2000.

In 1995 Schwabentechnik was founded in people stream in Winnenden. Depending on the task, we use CNC machines or conventional processing technology. Please contact Schwabentechnik precision signed and sealed: Our in-process quality assurance procedures ensure consistent quality products.The work plan contains all the important stages of the first article inspection to final inspection.

Drawings and files
Data for the manufacturing of the workpieces, you can provide us with conventionally as a drawing or digital form. Besides the preferred SolidWorks data, we can use all other major file formats.

We are a specialist and supplier for technical plastic parts. The Schweda GmbH is a company (founded in 1970) based in Lindenberg. In addition to machinery and plant, we are cutting production of semi-finished Kuststoff of all kinds (eg PP, PE, PVDF, PC, POM, PTFE, PVC, etc., excluding elastomers) active and have modern machinery including CNC production. In our flexible production we manufacture single or series parts according to sample and drawing specification with 13 employees in the commercial sector.

Schwichtenberg GmbH in Lemgo has been manufacturing sophisticated precision turned and milled parts for medical technology, aerospace, various branches of industry, mechanical engineering and the automotive industry in the field of motor sports since 2002 and now employs over 90 people. From the very beginning, Schwichtenberg has specialised in the production of high-precision turned and milled parts. Mediums and Offenburg is a company that specializes in producing high quality tools, equipment and machine parts.
