In 1919, Joseph founded Sousedík Electrical Factory Josef Sousedík Vsetín, the predecessor of the operation CET Vsetín and contemporary society TES VSETÍN, sro This factory produced mainly DC machines and induction motors. The production program was expanded to commutator and test stands for power and speed measurements, and later to complete drives with DC motors. At this time the company was oriented in accordance with the then economic policies on the markets of the Council for Mutual Economic Aid and was one of the most important exporters in the context of the Group ZSE Praha.



After 1989, it gradually comes to the organizational changes and amendments to the manufacturing program. The traditional range of DC motors has been supplemented in cooperation with foreign partners to the production of synchronous generators and metal forming.In 1996, the mechanical and electrical installations for production of the former company MEZ Vsetín, sp, privatized by the Company TES VSETÍN, sro.
