Eidos22 srl è is an important italian company, established for decades in precision mechanical machining using special materials such as titanium alloys and other light alloys. The company has been able to cultivate its solidity by keeping a dynamic look and always looking to the future through innovation and vision of strategic choices.
A tradition of passion for technology and science of mechanical constructions that encloses in the name "Eidos" a greek word that expresses the inner nature of things, eidos is in fact what causes something that is, and without the wich thing loses meaning. The number 22 represents the link to the materiale we love, titanium, 22 is the number representing it in the periodic table of elements.

E&K GmbH is active in the field of metal cutting. We have two CNC milling machines and two CNC lathes.
We offer complete production of individual components/prototypes as well as small series.

In the almost 300-year history of the company, our ancestors have experienced many ups and downs. Today we produce high-precision tools for die casting and injection moulds, measuring and testing gauges, but also small and medium series of compinents, which have partcular and challenging details.

We are constantly working to keep our company fit for the future through innovation and further development at both the process and employee levels. That is why we work with an automated cell to which two HSC milling machines and a measuring and an EDM machine are connected.
We also have various other technologies in-house, such as 5-axis machining centers, wire erosion machines and grinding machines.

We are working on CAD workstations with the SolidWorks 3D Solid Modeler. The CNC programs are created via SolidCAM. In addition, we have a CATIA interface.

We are a young, zuverlässigesr partner in the field of machining. In turning, milling, additionally to the decorative surface grinding, we cover the production of small and mittelbroßen series. Our documented down to the smallest detail manufacturing processes, we are the ideal partner for the processing and production of recurring parts. Our company was founded 50 years ago and we are based in Fano, Italy.
