The group Muschert + Gierse has its origins in the 1949
by Josef Muschert and Fritz Gierse ge-

MGS Merkez Galvanizing, founded in 2004, started its activity with hot dip galvanized coating in its 900 m2 plantation and has a 14,000 tons/year processing capacity with its galvanizing plant measuring 6200 x 1500 x 1000 mm. Our company is capable of conducting tests on various coating properties in its own lab according to  TSE 1461 and ASTM 123A and thus ensures a high quality service for its customers.
The hot dip galvanizing plant, which is taken into service in 2007, has a capacity of 6,000 tons per year. Nuts, bolts and similar small sized fixing material are coated there and cleaned up by centrifuge system.
MGS has started manufacturing power transmission poles, GSM towers, lighting, advertising and flag poles in 2008, and highway barriers in 2010.
Also, by the end of 2011, our new facilities with an area of 22.000 m2 (12.000 m2 indoors) including a new galvanizing plant (sizing 10.000 x 1.800 x 1.500 mm) in Saraykoy, Ankara will be added to our current inventory. With all these properties, we are aiming to offer our worldwide customers a high quality service.

We are a reputed sheet metal processing company with a long tradition. The company was founded in 1975 in Bodelshausen of Meinhard Hoffmann. On 30 September 1979 was a limited liability company from the individual companies. In the meantime, we are in our own premises in Hechingen-SICKINGEN.

On a production area of approximately 2,500 m2 technical parts or products are processed and manufactured using modern production facilities daily. Since 2000 we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. By using this high technology and the certificate, this means that we have good quality!

Our main focus lies particularly in the areas of CNC sheet metal, fabrication of sheet metal structures of any kind, housing construction, welded structures, sawing and cutting, including powder coating and assembly. We are a major supplier for the display and furniture industry.

As mentioned earlier comes with us the best possible technology to use. Be it welding robots or Aluminiumsägeautomaten - the only way we can offer the best quality at fair prices.

We regularly do custom designs for patterns or drawings - our clients appreciate this very much. Whether small or large series, aluminum or steel, powder-coated or galvanized - we meet (almost) every need.

Mizar s.r.l. is a certified mechanical parts manufacturer, established in 1967.
Born in the field of traditional machining, as Ditta BANCHE, by Giuseppe Banche, and in the field of CNC machining as MIZAR s.a.s. by Giuseppe Banche e Matteo Teppa, in 1997 the two activities were unified under the single company MIZAR s.r.l. . Since 2006, the company is managed by Valeria, Emanuela and Paola Banche. Over the years Mizar has increased its know-how thanks to continuous evolution of machinery and to the improvements of production processes, confirmed by ISO 9001:2000 DNV Certification, since 1999 and later by ISO 9001:2008.
Mizar spread over an area of about 2000 sq., and employs 16 qualified operators and 4 employees.
