Our company is one of the few that combines both steel roll forms and aluminum extrusion presses.

We specialize in manufacturing steel and aluminum profiles, as well as components, and we offer a wide range of surface finishes - including anodizing, powder coating, galvanizing and more. PTG GmbH was founded on November 10th, 2006 by the company Gröber Metallverarbeitung. The core competence in surface finishing through superfinishing was supplemented by the strategic procurement management of drawing parts and assemblies as well as the trade in sliding elements.

In 2015, we took over the company Zink Kunststoffsystemtechnik GmbH including customers and staff.
On 01.11.2018 we re-founded the company and renamed it RABATECH Kunststofftechnik.
Meanwhile, we have grown to a staff of 37 employees and a machine park of 23 injection molding machines in the range of 12.5 tons to 270 tons.
Our strengths are already in the development phase to offer our customers the support.
We make the material selection, optimize the components Injection-molded make the tool designs and constructions, build the tools and then bring the project into series production.
Our team consists of several skilled injection molding technologists.

We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth
Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range
of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm.
The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm.



We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of
3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons.



We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components.

All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc.

are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here

R · B · B Aluminum offers you a complete management around the aluminum profile - from the conception of the profiles, over the tool construction and the extrusion, the mechanical processing and the surface treatment up to the delivery just-in-time.

From micro to large profiles (20 grams - 45 kg / meter), we produce your drawing profiles on several extrusion presses.

Sawing, punching, drilling, bending, welding, profile assembly and CNC machining on up to 5 axes in lengths of up to 10.5 meters offer you countless options for optimal machining selection for your perfect product.

Whether for decorative purposes or for protection: an anodized layer or powder coating are the most well-known surface finishing processes for aluminum profiles.
Did you know that we also manufacture electroplated surfaces (e.g. glass chrome), wet painting, decorative foils (e.g. wood or stone decors) on aluminum profiles?

Most of the aluminum profiles we manufacture are "built" by our customers with other products into an assembly.- We would be happy to take over this process for you and bring your profiles together with associated third-party products.
