Orodjarstvo Gorjak is a family business for tool making all kinds Today we are implementing with our 30 employees and an innovative approach capable of doing all of your wishes and requirements in the field of tool. For two decades, we design and manufacture highly sophisticated tool for the needs of the automotive industry and other industries. Many domestic and foreign customers trust our know-how. Product Development / 3D Modelling

Develop for the specific needs of our customers and we model technically sophisticated products (3D) and aggregates. We work with the modern computer program Pro / ENGINEER.

CAD / CAM

The tool design is the essential basis of high-quality tool shop. Our design department are several workstations available that are equipped with the software package Pro / ENGINEER. We can also import a variety of file formats: VDA, IGES, DXF, STEP, DWG, CATIA, etc.

Plastic injection molds

Sizes up to 1200 x 800 mm, weight up to 3.5 t.

The production of injection molds makes up an important part of our production program. Based on a drawing of the product or of a 3D model that is transmitted to us by the customer, we create the production methodology, based on which the tools are planned. If required, we can also create computer simulations. The simulation results help us to find a more rapid optimization of tools and thus shorten the manufacturing time. The tools are then tested in our cooperators, where we can produce smaller series. We achieve high quality and the possibility of the immediate use of the tool in the series production.

Deburring Tools

We provide Deburring forth for all types of gates.Pursuant to the requirements of the customers we plan the production technology and also provide the appropriate equipment to use these tools here.

Gravity casting tools

We provide molds and core boxes for sand casting forth by order of the customer. We create her based on the drawings or the product that is delivered to us by the customer, a 3D model, then follow the design and optimization of molds and core boxes for use in production.
