HSP Schwahlen GmbH was founded in 1945. From on 1951 the production had been focused on adapter and withdrawal sleeves being the basis of our current line. At the beginning of the eighties CNC production of goods having greater dimensions was introduced.

HSP supplies all main bearing manufacturers as well as the larger distributors. The standard production range on adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices is completed by optional hydraulic assistance, abnormal metric inner diameter or complete inch-sized sleeves as well as all specialties based on customer specifications. Besides this we manufacture hydraulic nuts as well as precisely turned and milled thin-walled parts.

Since 2000 HSP is also manufacturing various kinds of cages for bearings from 100 - 4000 mm outer diameter in high quality, small lot sizes and variable material (brass, steel, bronze, aluminium, ...) according to customers requirements. In this segment we produce for all main bearing manufacturers.

In addition to the production know-how HSP has continuously improved quality, logistics and administration. This leads to the high level of quality, delivery conditions and service of HSP.

At our newly built production facility in Langenfeld, established in 2001 and in between extended several times, we manufacture with the latest technology including 3D-measuring equipment.

The certification of the quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and of the environmental management system based on DIN EN ISO 14001 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited underlines the endeavour to achieve highest possible precision and satisfaction of our customers as well as the best possible environmental sustainability.

H&T Tool Design is a medium size manufacturer of high precision forming tools, tool and machine components, gauges, assembly fixtures and whole automation projects. As a member of a world wide operating group of companies the team of 80 people, working in a 3-shift operation on the newest CNC-equipment is capable to produce components made out of all kinds of steel, carbide and ceramics. Our core competency is ID-, OD-, and Jig grinding. We can offer a short delivery time of single parts or series of parts. We are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. We design our tools in 3D mainly on Catia V5 from IBM. In addition, eligible for 2D and 5-axis machining Tebis and Cadda V4 used. The data is done with dial name or e-mail in the IGES formats 2 - and 3D, VDAFS, CATIA, DXF or DWG.

We design and manufacture according to supplied designs presented or patterns, tools up to a size of 1200x4000 mm and a weight of max.25,000 kg.

State of the art production facilities make it possible to edit the design in 3D CNC-controlled production to initial sample inspection reports on 3D measuring machines, virtually any data and drawing documents.

Years of experience and a largely self-trained staff allows us to implement safe production of complex tasks in the situation.

Precise milling and wire EDM in air conditioned rooms give us the opportunity to manufacture cutting tools with an average gap of less than 10 microns.

In series production, we rely on machining centers manufactured by Heller with a pallet changer.
With speeds up to 16,000 min-1 and rapid traverses up to 90m/min and aluminum parts are to be machined economically

Another mainstay is the manufacture of devices for the mechanical manufacturing, welding machining and measurement and testing tasks.

Certified welders ensure a stable basic structure, annealing furnaces for stress-free post-processing, and milling machines up to 5 axis for precise stop points in space. Modern 3-D coordinate measuring machines also help in free-form surface area to verify the accuracy measure to record and document.

We are a middle-sized production company in the metal industry.


Situated in the south of the Black Forest we produce - in a modern setting - and with about 40 employees, precision turning -, milling-, drilling- and grinding parts.


One of our strengths is the processing of stainless high tensile and heat-resistant material like, e.g. V2A, V4A, inconel, hastellog, Monel or titanium.


A further field of specialisation is the production of decorative turning- and milling parts in aluminium and non-ferrous metal, of a diameter of 30 - 150 mm.

We founded our firm in 2005 based on our several years of experiences in engineering and in manufacturing practices.
Mainly, we use our experiences in single-purpose machine designing, automated assembling, industrial automation, special machine engineering and 3D modeling, cutting (milling, turning etc.) and welding. It can be a simple tool or a complete production line.
Besides, we undertake the implementation of constructive tasks in different fields of mechanical engineering.

The medium-sized company specializes in the professional cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with the help of CNC turning and milling technology.
