Morthorst Tools & Design GmbH, based in Oschersleben (Bode), was founded in 2018 and is developing into a nationwide successful partner in metal processing with a focus on CNC turning and milling.

Our particular strength lies in the high flexibility in the production of turned and milled parts, as well as the production of special / individual parts, on our modern CNC and cycle-controlled lathes.

Our company has a serious professional background, more than two decades of experience, and a well-trained team of professionals. We carry out our manufacturing activities at several factories.

Our automatic machines provide the opportunity to process aluminum, steel and acid-resistant profiles and components for various industries (automotive, mechanical engineering, construction, furniture, renewable energy, electrical engineering, etc.).

We work to provide solutions that contribute to the development of your company and increase the value of their products, in addition to our knowledge added to the products required by our Partners.

We have defined our long-term business policy in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. As a certified (9001: 2015) family business, we specialize in the manufacture of CNC precision parts. We manufacture small and medium batch sizes on over 40 CNC machines.

In the early eighties, MPE developed a production in all precision engineering sectors at high technology levels, especially in the automotive one.
In 1997 the company moved to the current factory and achieved a production capacity of 15 million components per year.
