PS Engineering based in Wołomin, ul. Żwirki i Wigury 10, was founded in 2008. We are a family company founded on the initiative of the growing research and engineering sector in our region. Passion and demand for unusual elements, structures and non-standard solutions that require the use of cutting-edge CAD/CAM design and CNC production technologies have allowed us to develop KNOW-HOW and our machinery to satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Thanks to modern CNC machines and conventional machine tools, we can offer you the highest quality services for virtually every phase of design or production, such as precise machining — including CNC turning and milling, welding, electrical eroding, 3D modeling using the FDM method, or surface cleaning and painting. The PSFU Wernigerode GmbH is a family business with 30 years experience in high-precision machining. There are not many companies in Europe that can offer such a comprehensive solutions for the flat, circular and non-circular profile grinding. In addition to our high-precision grinding technology, we offer an extraordinary know how in the fields of 5-achsis-milling and precision turning.
We are partner of the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. Our customers include Europe's most important automotive, printing machinery, medical and machine tool manufacturers. Universal CNC machining centers allow the production of various precision parts and guarantee flexibility and capacity for prototype, in the single-part and series production. A separate tool and fixture completes the service to our customers.

We are a medium-sized company with around 110 friendly and competent employees, which has been producing high-quality CNC turning, milling and erode parts in small and medium-sized series for demanding customers since 1994, e.g. from medical technology, Lienar & drive technology, Laser technology, optical technology and measurement technology. In our own electroplating shop, we anodize aluminum parts. Our offer also includes the pre-assembly and final assembly of components and devices.

Punch Powertrain is an international player, with a strong presence in Europe and China. In addition to the headquarter in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, the company runs 6 more R&D centers, located in Germany (2), France (1), the Netherlands (1) and China (1), allowing close cooperation with the customer and short communication lines.
