We use our modern and fully equipped machinery for tool making and contract manufacturing.

All essential technologies are available in partially air-conditioned production areas. CNC milling, HSC milling, CNC turning, wire and sink EDM, flat, circular and coordinate grinding stand for appropriate quality and precision. Our key machines are automated and can therefore run mostly unmanned and around the clock — cost-effectively for shorter project turnaround times.


We program with the latest hyperMILL® CAM software from OPEN MIND Technologies AG.

With our technical equipment, we can produce mold sizes of up to 1200 x 800 millimeters or a mold weight of up to approx. 4 tons.

Good to know: our capacities are also available for contract manufacturing of all types.

Portuguese company specializing in high precision machining

The company was founded in 1966 as a mechanical workshop of the Father of the company owners, Karl and Andreas Reisner. In 1974 steel or apparatus was started with the generation in the field. Due to the continuous expansion of our operational area and mechanical engineering, 1979, a relocation to our present headquarters was required. The size of the company premises is approximately 8000 m2, of which currently about 2200 m2 of warehouses and office buildings. Through our numerous skilled workers and the use of modern machine-tool we are exactly in the position to produce timely and cost-effective. Quality control is carried out by specially trained staff. For the control of the welding work is a court-certified welding technologist available. We currently employ around 20 staff.
