SMDP is a Tunisian Company specialized in the manufacturing of high precision parts and medical implants. Our company was established in 1991 and we are equipped with the latest production technologies like CNC machines (10 CITIZEN lathes from ø3 to ø32mm). We produce high precision machined parts from all kind of material including Titanium and stainless steel.

Tuning

Our services in overview:
- We provide you with the production and assembly of parts in highest precision, even with complex contours on a new Dreh-/Fräszentrum quality brand Mori Seiki (machine models: NL2500SY/700). Thus we can both rotary and milling parts from bar stock (up to ø 82 mm), or finished in single pieces up to ø 300 mm.
The Dreh-/Fräszentrum has a peak width of 700 mm. In addition, the machine-spindle and a Y-axis is provided.
- We machine both plastics and metals with soft and hard texture.
- We offer the engraving of graphics, as well as font and number sets (also consecutive numbering) on the format desired, even on curved planes on.
- We offer you the handling of intermediate or finishing of the parts (eg: polishing, shot blasting, grinding, anodizing, zinc plating, nickel plating, painting, powder coating, hardening, erosion, etc.).
- We have many years experience working with CAD / CAM systems and are thus able to produce complicated workpieces.
- We assure timely delivery of your parts or assemblies not only the usual shipping, but if necessary, in person or by courier.
- We can offer low prices because of the machine automation and favorable production location.
- Due to the machine automation, we offer the production of small quantities up to a lot size of 10,000.
- We are happy to also manufacture complete assemblies for you.
