Brother's performs precision mechanical machining on small to medium size pieces, turning, milling, and carpentry. The company, as needed, is able to fully or partially develop the production process, working on the design provided by the customer or by designing and processing the product internally. Production ranges from small to medium series, to prototypes, to maintenance parts of plants, to special spare parts, to packing for the molitor sector. Every production process is planned by the technical department, which, by designing the design of each particular item, makes it accessible to the latest generation of CAD-CAM systems, allowing the workshop to be precisely and efficiently optimized, thus optimizing timing and production costs. For the completion of the process, the company uses selected suppliers over the years, from supplying materials to surface treatments, thermal treatments and surface grinding.

Brovedani Group is a manufacturer of precision mechanic components with seats in Italy, Slovakia and Mexico. It has 4 sites and 5 production plants.

In cooperation with its customers, Brovedani develops and produces also mechanical components for pumps as well as diesel and gasoline injectors of last generation. Injection systems assembled in the new generation automobiles have a lower consumption of 30% and a lower carbon dioxide emission (about 25%). These systems are designed to have the highest hydraulic efficiency and support combustion processes with extremely high injection pressures also at low rpm. The new injection technologies give a significant contribution in order to adjust modern diesel engines to future limited emission standards.

The constant commitment of the Group to quality is demonstrated by the certifications obtained in the last years, more specifically: Corporate sites ISO TS 16949 and UNI EN ISO 14001.
Recently, the plant of Brovedani Reme Mexico has obtained AS 9100 certification, crucial to enter the new aerospace market.
