Metal forming technology
In the field of metal forming technology, we offer an exceptionally wide range of drop forged and hot press moulding components with unit weights of between 0.3 and 80 kg, measuring from 50 to 425 mm in diameter and up to 800 mm in length.

Thanks to our automated and manual manufacturing techniques, we are well equipped to provide large and small batch quantities, e.g. for the aerospace industry.

We process alloyed and unalloyed steels as well as precipitation hardening and stainless steels in all forgeable qualities. In our continuous pusher type /rotating hearth furnace plants, we carry out all types of heat treatment in an open furnace atmosphere.

We are a medium-sized mechanical engineering company that was founded in Hamburg in 1948 and is now run by the third generation of Mr. Jan Rohde.

The team consists of 45 highly motivated and qualified employees who are happy to demonstrate their skills to you.

Our state-of-the-art machinery and many years of experience enable us to manufacture complex individual parts, small series, assemblies, devices, test stands and special machines.

A production area of 1300 m² is available to you, so that we can also implement large order volumes.

From the beginning, two employees of the production company has grown rapidly into a modern, medium-sized companies with over 100 employees. The development department of habö CNC turning and milling technology takes care of all problems in the field of metal processing and developed as well as individual solutions for you. In order to reduce the time needed for the development and design relevant and to keep the process and costs as low as possible, sets habö taking advantage of synergies with other Group companies ultra-modern CAD systems and continuous new investment in machinery.
