The products of our company are mainly intended for the railway industry. We specialize in the production of the valve elements that are used in train braking systems. Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. produces spheroidal ductile iron castings and austempered ductile iron castings (ADI) with a green moulding process. Production, which includes machining and austempering heat treatment, is located In our only plant in Minerbe (Verona, ITALY), which employs about 220 people, The production capacity is mostly oriented on medium size batches and the full annual capacity is about 22,000 tons, of which 10,000 in ADI, with a unit weight between 0,5 and 120 kg

ZHUP KaMECH is a company operating in the machining market for 25 years. Our services such as production on automatic turning machines, CNC milling, or CNC turning apply to a variety of metals and plastics.
The crew consists of qualified constructors, technologists and toolmakers with many years of experience. We have a wide range of machinery at our disposal, which we are systematically modernizing. As part of the applied technologies, we use certified materials of proven manufacturers.

Our special are spiral bevel gears untill 600mm diameter and grinded teeth from quality 5 or bader and spur or helical gears until 1.000mm diameter with grinded teeth from quality 6 or bader.

And if you need a cast of your Rapid prototyping model, we pour it for you in the material of your choice. In the ANTRIEBSTECHNIK we specialized according to the needs of our customers to the product groups and plain bearings, gears and winches and linear elements for handling technology. The BEARING TECHNOLOGY, youngest member of this chain coincides with the current product from all areas of application of large-scale engines and general engineering. These include in particular bearing for large diesel engines in ships, locomotives or stationary systems, plain bearings for large compressors, turbines, gears and electrical machinery, wholesale plain bearings for cement mills and ore processing, thrust bearing pads for hydro-electric facilities, housing and plain bearings, Kippsegmentgleitlager as well as various forms of special bearings and multi-layer Verbundgußteilen. Finally, MECHANICAL ELEMENTS: They complement our program with high-precision steel shafts, flat and round guides, they are, as the profiles, handles up to eight feet long and individually. All products can be finished in the home as well as heat and surface treatment. Even fully assembled modules are possible.

Tepro has more than 50 years’ experience and is a well-known Polish manufacturer of vacuum pumps and devices. The company’s production site is
located at the Baltic coast in Koszalin. Since 1999 we also provide subcontractors for automotive, gas and marine industries. The main aim of Tepro is
conducting sustainable policy with the production of its own goods and subcontracting. In 2018 we had more than 16, million € turnover of which
65% of the annual revenue were obtained by the subcontracting. Wide range of services allows us to carry out complex projects from beginning to
end. The company has a large capacity and is flexible in regards to its customers’ needs ensuring a high level of quality and on-time delivery.

Company Structure
Tepro occupies an area of 10’000 square meter building. We are a
joint stock company. TEPRO is divided into three departments:
sheet metal services, machining and assembly which is backed up
by a powerful staff of 270 people including 70 engineers who are
capable of satisfying all the needs of our clients.

Engineering Services
Tepro S.A. offers engineering services and can help to make
manufacturing drawings and specifications on behalf of its
customers. Problem solving, modeling, conceptual design, detail
design and product development are some of the services being
offered. The company’s engineers are experienced in the fields of
mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics. Having engineers situated
very close to the machining facilities, it ensures the best functional
designs and the most cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Machinery & Certification
Tepro S.A. has more than 30 CNC-machines planted in its hall. These
machines, combined with skilled competence, enable the company to
realize assignments at a very high level of precision and quality.

The main sphere of business is a production of the assembled configurations with various numbers of parts accordingly to the technical documentation delivered by customers. The company owns the proper technology placed on the production area of 3600 m². The technology provides the possibility to machine the large sized objects as well. (Max. sizes: 5000 x 2500 x 2200 mm, the mass up to 10 tons). The achievable precision is IT7. The welding workshop is equipped with modern welding technology.
