ŞENTÜRKLER MAKİNA was founded at first in 1974 with one lathe and one welding machine in 450 meter square work shop to serve the market and the after market by Sami Saim ŞENTÜRK.

In 1993, our company is moved in 1000 meter square factory to started mass manufacturing for Ferro Döküm A.Ş and Uzel A.Ş

In 2002, our company name is changed to ŞENTÜRKLER MAKİNA YEDEK PARÇA İMALAT SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ

Mainly, precison machining bussiness continue to produce ductile,steel and cast iron for the automotive sector.

In 2008, our company quality management system ISO 9001:2008 certified by Lloyd���s Register.

In 2010, our company increased the capacity machine park to export ,according to the demands of international companies.

Present day, We continue to grow everyday by renewing itself in line with the production of customers satisfaction and the quality.

As an independent family, we turn with our businesses and Gesenkschmiede PERSTA valve to customers and markets. PRECAST DELIVERY
Sclerosing SA is equipped with CNC lathes, so that the possibility of precast delivery (bolts, pins, rollers, pulleys, axles, shafts, etc.) is. For stock materials, workpieces are made on the lathe and then heat-treated to their own systems and hardened.

HEAT TREATMENT OF STEEL
Sclerosing SA assumes in the Lohnhärterei orders for case hardening, quenching, tempering, annealing, flame hardening, induction hardening, Nitrocarburizing at (Tenifer QPQ process). The company has Degussa salt bath, Aichelin occasion facilities and EFD Induction hardening system.
