Founded in 1990, Imtec as a leading manufacturer of technical tools, quickly spread to other demanding markets and technologies becoming one of the top companies within mold making industry.
It’s labor force is divided in two plants, one for tools up to 3T and the second one for tools up to 25T. In 2017, Imtec established a partnership with IT-MILL which increased even more its capacity with regard to rough milling, deep drillings and mouldbases.
Currently, IMTEC provides solutions to its customers in order to ensure the most efficient and durable tool.

Our activities include the production of parts and assemblies for machinery and plant engineering.

At our company there are three segments of activity.

Indsutrial knives
10 years of experience in this sector ensures the quality and help to choose the right material. We can also start the manufacturing based on the sample knife if you don’t have any drawing or document.
Industries: recycling, packaging, wood chipper, paper, plastic, rubber, etc.
Knives description: chipper knives, slitting knives, metal sharers, dish knives, top knives, bottom knives, crush cutter, etc.

Zinc die casting
Our company is a zinc foundry as well. We use FRECH hot chamber die casting machine to produce parts. Upon customer requirements we can make tumbling, deburring, machining, tapping or coating of the casted parts.
In general we use ZAMAK5 alloy but other alloys are also available.

Single part producing and special purpose machines
If you have a special requirement for a special operation in any kind of industrial sector don’t hesitate to contact us. We will find a solution to make your process more effective or just simply more easy. After the CAD design we make the target machine for you.
We produce machine spare parts from 1 piece as well (turning, machining, grinding, heat treating, etc)

Industrialtech supplies structural components for earthmoving and operating machinery.
The internal processes are:
- assembly in dedicated product equipment
- manual MIG / MAG welding
- robotic MIG / MAG welding
- max milling dimensions: y = 2000 z = 1500 x = 10000 (mm)
- dimensional control

When we say we are the "plastic solution finders", it sounds a little abstract. But maybe we were a little bit of that over 30 years ago, when we started very small with 5 old injection molding machines and a handful of employees.

But certainly not as consciously as today, where around 100 employees see their identity in working in the field of KU technology (injection molding, film extrusion, toolmaking) to find brilliant solutions for tasks and problems and to implement them in series production. For us, this requires thinking in terms of alternatives, focusing on diversity and breaking away from old paradigms. Our customers are mainly industrial customers from very different industries. Among them are many very well-known companies that are leaders in their industries ... smaller ones as well as large corporations. What is the same with all of them is the very long-standing cooperation that connects us.
