Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. Over time, we have continuously expanded our machinery in order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and services. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. These cover a diameter range of 6 mm to 67 mm. Here, we focus on the mass production of drum parts and hydraulic components.

Our machining services inlcude: CNC drilling,milling and turning. We machine parts from steel alloys, stainless steel alloys, aluminium alloys, brass, copper and plastic. All of the surface threatments are avalaible after machining proccess.

We are dealing mainly with small and medium-sized series production, but we also undertake individual and prototype production on CNC Mill. Locally, our site is located in Kisbajcs, near Győr in Hungary, we continuously serve our partners with parts, we are proud of our almost perfect delivery fidelity and our scrap rate of less than 1%. Currently, we are looking for additional long-term partners in order to expand our company's order book and, with it, the machine park. Our plans include the purchase of a used 3-axis milling machine this year for the production of our smaller recurring jobs, as well as the purchase of a 5-axis milling machine and a fiber-fed, driven tool lathe within a year or two.

With this form of processing, even the smallest contours or engravings can be made. In doing so, we consistently use the latest technologies with our CAD systems for data preparation and CAM for programming. Thanks to vacuum clamping technology, we can produce delicate sheet metal processes such as milled pockets, sinks, chamfers, radii and threads without deformation and without altering the structure of the base material. Our extensive aluminum warehouse allows us a short reaction and production time for your products. You can also provide us with your material for processing with your individual specifications.
