To better utilize our machines, we started with contract manufacturing.
We started 10 years ago with the manufacture of end covers for aluminum profiles for a conservatory manufacturer.
In the meantime, this area has become our core area.
We manufacture parts in almost all sizes, one piece by 1000 pieces.
We only process non-ferrous metal or plastic.
We have two portal milling machines with a wide range of clamping options.
For example, vacuum plates with which we can also mill openings without loss of clamping.

By means of front tensioning on the portal milling machine, we can machine foreheads up to max. Carry out 1200mm workpiece size.
We also have an adjustable angle head and a 4th axis as an axis of rotation.
The machines are calibrated on site and some are equipped with measuring rails integrated in the control.

Our production hall, which covers an area of 2340 m², is equipped with the latest technologies that ensure efficient fulfillment of all quality requirements for our products. We specialize in CNC machining, from piece production to high-volume production, and offer part measurement with reporting on a Wenzel 3D gantry measuring machine. We also provide assembly of assemblies and perform surface finishing to customer specifications. Our versatile five-axis machining centers enable efficient complex milling. We utilize palletizing of five-axis and horizontal machines to maximize efficiency and setup speed in repetitive production. Through automation and priority machine control, we guarantee to meet deadlines for serial orders.

Our company has implemented a quality management system in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, which guarantees the high quality of our products.

Production / manufacture of components
We manufacture parts, spare parts and small series to mass production according to your drawings or a pattern. Our machining capabilities include CNC-controlled milling, drilling, turning, wire EDM, surface grinding and conventional crafts and sheet metal processing. We can use our processing centers, parts machining, up to the size:

Construction

Born as a mechanical turning shop, over the time it has developed a set of technologies and skills that now collaborate in the mass production of mechanical components for various sectors: Turning, milling, laser cutting and welding.
