Orfanidis Anastasios, having ORMIT as its distinctive title, from the early years to today’s rapidly changing environment, maintains a history of continuous effort, challenges, and evolving technical experience. The company started operating in 1991. Over the years, it has been transferred to privately-owned facilities in the Drimos, Thessaloniki. Since then, the company has begun its investments in the CNC machines sector, starting the course towards a higher level of technical knowledge and experience, as well as a higher degree of flexibility.

ORMAK was formed in 1998 as a privately owned company which is one of the first companies started to use CNC machine in the industry in Turkey.

We offer a very high production depth in small and medium series with a variety of processing steps on CNC-controlled machine tools from renowned manufacturers.

This allows the optimum processing difficult materials especially stainless and acid resistant steels and special alloys.

Our company is in accordance with the Euro standards EN ISO 9001 / 12.2000 and according to the medical standards EN ISO 13485:2003 + AC: 2007 certified.

Production spectrum

We handle all stainless and acid-resistant materials, titanium, aluminum and all other machinable materials:

Rotate:

a diameter of 5 mm to 200 mm.

Turning lengths up to 800 mm

Prototypes, individual parts manufacturing to mass production

Our machines are equipped with driven tools so that a cylinder surface (settlement of
rotated diameter) or on the end face machining is possible.
CAM supported programming using Surfcam with several direct interfaces to other CAD programs such as Catia,
Pro E, AutoCAD, etc.

Milling:

Milled parts of dimensions 5mm up to a size of 600mm.

Cylindrical grinding:

Loops outside: up to a diameter of 300 mm and a length up to 1000 mm.

The dressing of the required grinding wheels is performed with moving diamonds.
The result is a complicated profile shapes in huge perfection.

The Ospelt & Haas Institution was founded in 2014 by Sandro Ospelt and Angelo Haas. Since then, the company is located in Eschen, Liechtenstein.

With focus on the CNC milling technology, we offer not only the manufacture of customer-developed workpieces on the entire processing of an order. We like to take on new challenges and can also manufacture highly complex workpieces thanks to our 5-axis simultaneous machining center.

Osthoff precision mechanics deals with the production of mechanical components made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals including hot or surface treatment.

With modern machinery we can process in one setting when producing complex qubischen and rotationally symmetrical components five or more pages. The advantages are shorter lead times, precise positional tolerances, no re-clamping and a better quality / price ratio.

1980 Company founded by toolmaker and master mechanic Horst Osthoff.
Repair and rebuilding of HSS and solid carbide special tools.

Mid-80s conversion of the machinery on ground-controlled machine tools, CNC milling and manufacturing focus.

1986 Development of a universal multi-position measuring system, in particular for use in rotationally symmetrical parts.

1995 Development of a device for the removal of Abstechbutzen of turned parts, with subsequent patenting in Germany and in the USA.

Ottmar Schiek Maschinenbau was formed in 2013 with the takeover of Manfred Kriwet Düsseldorf. Wolfgang Harings founded.
