In the Components division high-precision components, among others, for manufacturers of wind turbines are manufactured. In the year 2000 the company GILLES was founded to combine the passion for racing with technical knowledge and experience. This ended in the development and production of the first multivariable rearset, the AS31GT.
At the same time this rearset kick-started a dynamic company which today sells its wide product range worldwide.
Today GILLES is proud of being an original parts manufacturer for BMW Motorrad, Yamaha, KTM AG and Suzuki as well as having many more satisfied customers around the world.

Design, construction and simulation with CAD SOLIDWORKS are handled by a team of 7 employees. An ultimate load test rig and a 3-D printer are available to our engineers. Our in-house production has a variaty of CNC machines and CNC machining centres. Several of those are robot controlled and some are using a pallet system for the workpiece handling. Three laser workstations are used for doing all the laser engravings.

The Giuliani-DESIGN GmbH is manufacturer and supplier of composite parts (composites) in CRP and GRP, primarily for the automotive industry. Its core products include Carbon components in visual quality and complete assemblies in lightweight construction.

We work on forgings and castings for the automotive industry, where we specialize in complex geometries and larger dimensions of the parts.

Our expertise we have developed specifically in the areas of Spannvorichtungen and cutting tools.We have the cutting tool manufacturers-sectional data analyzed by long-term testing and developed inserts that are tailored specifically to the operation.

In the last five years, a new CNC machining center was purchased with changing tables annually, each was specified according to our specifications. All centers are similar in basic design, but have in detail about different performance.

Räumtechnik

From the beginning of the rooms belongs to the range of Glaetzer. We have broaching machines with up to 1,000 mm stroke at a maximum tensile force of 10 tons. It can be assigned up to 4 per broaching machine.

The broaching process is characterized partly by a high dimensional accuracy of the workpiece and simultaneously excellent service life of the tool.

We offer dezidiertes specialized knowledge in the field of broaching tools, sharpening and of course the broaching process itself. Here we make use of the expertise of the sister operation Meyer + Dörner GmbH, whose sole business is the manufacture, service and the trade with broaches.

The brand name G.AL® stands for extremely low-warpage, dimensionally stable and homogeneous aluminum precision and mold boards with consistently good quality. A special manufacturing process allows us to clearly distinguish it from conventional aluminum slabs.
