Our offer includes the manufacturing of wire harnesses, both, simple solutions comprising single cables and multi-cable arrangements for installation on dedicated panels. Our machine park includes low-pressure injection molding machines and resin casting stations. We offer the installation of complete control cabinets and electrical equipment. Our in-house R&D builds dedicated manufacturing lines and machines to improve the assembly processes and guarantee top quality and productivity.

We have implemented an integrated quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management ISO 14001:2015. This system is being constantly improved and updated in order to meet the requirements of IATF 16949:2016. We possess the UL certificate for the manufacturing of electrical harnesses according to the standards ZPFW8 and ZPFW2. The registration of our company at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) can be verified under reference number E351588.

At the request of our customers, we will provide SPC and MSA data. We can prepare comprehensive PPAP documentation and possess the necessary experience in drawing-up inspection plans and FMEA documentation. All these items are necessary when manufacturing electrical harnesses for the automotive industry.

Production processes

High-tech is the standard at ZELTWANGER Maschinenbau GmbH. This is reflected in our highly qualified team of specialists, in our logistical division of labour, and in our use of the very latest production processes and technologies.
Our machining centres and lines are programmed and controlled over a central network. Innovative 3D programming systems permit even the most complex workpiece contours to be machined.

In the metal cutting field, our CNC milling centres use 5-sided machining techniques. All our lathes are fitted with power tools and with a C and Y axis. Our products are characterized by optimum grinding results with millimetre range precision for the ultimate in productivity.

With our high-precision spark erosion cutting machines we also have the capability to manufacture custom-produced parts and small-scale series in-house.

Materials - broad selection, quick availability

Alongside our extensive ultra-modern machine outfit, we also benefit from a wide range of stocked materials in our automatic high-bay warehouse. These include all steel, titanium, stainless steel and high-strength alloys as well as all popularly requested aluminium alloys.

We also offer a raw material procurement and storage service to customer order.

ZE Präzision GmbH from Nuremberg specializes in 3-axis machining of all common metals and non-ferrous metals, as well as the assembly of electrical assemblies.

ZERN Mechatronik Gmbh is a family-run business and is divided into 9 different divisions, which are dedicated to the following activities. Tepro has more than 50 years’ experience and is a well-known Polish manufacturer of vacuum pumps and devices. The company’s production site is
located at the Baltic coast in Koszalin. Since 1999 we also provide subcontractors for automotive, gas and marine industries. The main aim of Tepro is
conducting sustainable policy with the production of its own goods and subcontracting. In 2018 we had more than 16, million € turnover of which
65% of the annual revenue were obtained by the subcontracting. Wide range of services allows us to carry out complex projects from beginning to
end. The company has a large capacity and is flexible in regards to its customers’ needs ensuring a high level of quality and on-time delivery.

Tepro occupies an area of 10’000 square meter building. We are a
