For more than 25 years we have been offering welding assemblies and machined steel parts for our customers. We mainly process steel, but also stainless steel and aluminum.

The parts manufactured by us are, for example, racks for general mechanical engineering, subframes for machines, frames and other parts, which require not only welding but also mechanical processing. Additionally, we are machining by milling and turning.

We manufacture assemblies for our customers from 1 m in length to 150 m in length, whereby the maximum processing length of a part is 21 m.

Many of our customers are in special machinery industry and our typical lot size is from 1 to 100 parts, depending on the part, some lots are also much bigger.

We work for you in two locations in northern Spain and may also support you through our sales Office in Germany, close to Hamburg.

The company was founded in 1982 by Gerardo Melillo and began its activities in the engineering sector. Over the years, thanks to the changing nature of the South market, the company has gone in other sectors such as the construction of prefabricated houses in areas affected by the earthquake and mechanical structural work. And 'round, finally, in what was the original purpose.
In fact, to date the Mechanics Melillo is constituted by a branch that deals with the production of mechanical components by means of machine tools and another dedicated to the carpentry, assembly components and construction of conveyor belts.
It also makes use of a team in charge of installation and maintenance offsite.
