About us
Bay Metal is a sole proprietorship founded in 2015 by Kazım Bay. With more than 25 years of experience in the sector, our company has been providing customers with reliable and professional services since its inception and continues to develop every year.

Bay Metal's main activity is the production of specific transport racks for the automotive industry and its suppliers. In addition to transport racks, Bay Metal analyses the needs of its customers and manufactures appropriate storage systems. The company carries out sawing, drilling, bending, pressing, welding and assembly work in-house.
At the customer's request, the product is painted or galvanized as required.

Thanks to our flexible and practical production line, which we can design according to the needs and wishes of our customers, we respond quickly to customer inquiries. With our extensive and strong network connections, we deliver and install all required accessories for the transport racks (e.g. ratchet lashing set). The satisfaction of our customers fills us with joy.

company structure
Bay Metal is managed and managed internally by the family. Our family members, who specialize in their respective areas of expertise, supervise the management of the relevant departments and carry out the usual tasks themselves. There is an open and transparent flow of information between departments throughout the process. With 4 administrative staff and 12 production employees, we are continuing our activities with a total of 16 people.

BCK Metallverarbeitung GmbH processes sheet metal and stainless steel in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm and aluminum sheets up to a thickness of 10 mm on a production area of 5,000 m2. Perfect processing of thin and thick sheet metal using innovative laser technology and CNC-controlled folding technology from the TRUMPF brand guarantee compliance with the highest quality standards.

Combined with welding techniques in the field of e-welding, WIG, MIG and MAG, BCK offers itself as your partner for the production of ready-to-install assemblies.

Our production is located in Croatia and partially in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Our main goal is to give you a quality product based on your requirements and ideas.
Since our start up we have provided multiple products mostly based towards marine handling equipment, and have developed a better understanding of the needs towards the marine industry.
Our main costumers have provided us with the knowledge to competently produce a good quality product meant to withstand the harness of the environment.
We have produced a wide range of products, from small flanges to bigger part produced equipment ready to be assembled.
