Company Eagle Technology is focused on design and construction of machines and equipment, steel constructions and products, refrigeration machines (chillers), pressure tanks and welding services. Application of this products is in oil and gas industry for waste water treatment and drilling waste management and energy friendly solutions for treatment of contaminated soil from drilling operations, marine and offshore refrigeration, inland refrigeration industry, fish farming industry, food and beverage industry and steal constructions for other industries.

Eds was founded in 2011 as a global supplier of highly qualified toolmakers.
In recognition of the quality work we have been able to increase the number of employers and to open
an own toolshop in the city of Carei, Romania.
In the new plant we can already extend our services with milling, turning, welding flame and laser cutting.
Our future target is to become a helpful and important supplier for our customers in the tool industry.

For over 25 years we have manufactured as a supplier in our ever-growing family-owned company among other things, for the energy industry. With more than 100 employees, we are working on the latest CNC machining centers in 3-shift operation.

Our strengths lie in a very modern, efficient machinery of various forms and highly qualified personnel. In order to qualitatively finished to the highest standard, we have installed a comprehensive quality management and let us 9001:2000 certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO.

Particularly noteworthy is the expansion of our machinery in January 2010 at a turning-milling drilling machining center of Niles Simmons (N40MC) with a turning diameter of 920 mm and a nominal rotation length of 4500 mm.

We are your specialist for pressing, stamping and deep drawn components for all levels and materials, welding (MAG, TIG, resistance welding), laser machining, nibbling, edging, drilling, tapping, processing all surface finishing, component assemblies.

We are making mainly welding and assembling fixtures, jigs. How we work, here is a sample process:
- In case of order we start the design and few days later we send the 3D models to our customers for approval,
- In case of any request we modify the design and send it again to our customers,
- We start the production when our customer accepted the design,
- Usually we make the first tests – first workpiece in the fixtures – together with our customers in our factory (Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Budapest) – but nowadays because of COVID, we do it through a live web connection or skip this step (as requested by the customer),
- After this test we hand over the fixtures/manipulators to our customers in our factory but in case of request we can organize the delivery to our customer’s site.

We also make low or medium series production.

Our main activity is the design, manufacture and assembly of metal structures and ventilated facades. We strive to continuously improve the quality of our products and processes as well as our relationship with the environment.

The products and services we deliver always meet customer requirements as well as international and national standards.

With the aim of providing our customers with a complete service, we have provided the necessary professional staff, equipped ourselves with the necessary equipment for production and assembly, and through the representation of foreign companies, we also provide material of the highest Western European quality for our program.

We offer our customers cooperation in the preparation of project-technical documentation, workshop production and assembly of ventilated facades, building sheets, as well as production and assembly of metal structures.
