GRINDING: Flat - max. dimensions 3000 × 1500 in                      Round outer + inner Fi 450 × 2500. TOOLS: We produce all kinds of tools for stamping, forging, normals, plastics and various preparations. CLASSICAL MILLING AND CUTTING: We offer milling services up to 1600 × 800 and turning to Fi 1500 × 500, Fi 400 × 4000 and Fi 600 × 1500. WELDING OF STRUCTURES: Structures can be welded up to 3000 × 1500 and up to Fi 1200 on a circular welding table. We are a specialist company for mechanics and metal construction technology in Schwandorf in the Upper Palatinate.

Our core competence is laser welding of provided parts. With the laser, very slim welds with a large depth-to-width ratio can be achieved. Due to the high processing speed, the thermal load is low and the distortion is minimal. Contactless welding makes it possible to process complicated seam geometries and hard-to-reach areas within the workpiece. As a rule, the welding joint is fused from proprietary material. If required, an additional material can be added via a wire feeder. With the laser, a wide range of materials can be welded without oxide (steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, cast aluminum, titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel,...)
