ITLA works into the Research and Production of semifinished manufacts of steel by mechanical cold works and laser cut and it’s recognized by Italian Minister of Research and University as Lavoratory for mechanical prototypes.

ITLA was established in 1981 to produce parts of articles for the building trade.
The company was restructured in 1994, when Alberto Bartalucci, became President and Managing Director.

In 1995’th there was the purchase of the first laser cut machine. This acquisition allowed the company strategy to change . It was decided not to have just one sale market but to offer our activity to the whole sectors which buy steel pieces.

In 1998’th it’s possible to record a general production empowerment. This can be easily seen with financial turnover results. In the year 2000 th the company’s structure has been completely definied and the quality has been achieved

We are located into the center of Toscany, a well known land for turistic attraction but where We ‘re trying to give good relief to the industrial work too. Now We are on a surface of more than 25.000 squared meters, of which the covered area is almost 10.800 sm.

We are a mittelständiches company with about 10 employees. We are manufacturer and supplier of vacuum vapor deposition for the packaging and semiconductor industries and the construction of special machines for sheet metal machining and toolmaking.

We have our own mechanical production with three CNC milling machines and two CNC lathes and other three conventional lathes, a hydraulic drawing press, a CNC band saw, several punching machines and other machines around the metalworking including a welding and electrical cabinets.

All systems can be manufactured according to your specifications or designed by us on request, built, electrically connected and put into operation.

Our assembly hall is 20x50m and has a 25t Kran.Einzelstücke up to 4500mm width, 3500mm 15000mm length and height are at a stretch without special effort transportable,.

We manufacture turned parts with diameters from 8mm to 50mm of the rod (also complete processing), larger diameter up to 250mm and length up to 450mm from semi-finished or Sägezuschnitten (CNC) and up to 800mm diameter and 2500mm length conventionally.

We can accommodate up to 1.5 t edit milled parts, depending on the overall size (largest axis travel X-axis: 1200mm).
