Punching / lasers
For the mechanical prefabrication, we can always choose the best manufacturing processes. Contours and Druchbrüche can be performed both as a laser cut, and punched. The combination of laser and punching provides the economic optimum for all batches.

Folding / bending
During the transition of a sheet metal blank in the third Dimension to ensure angular tolerances, continuous bending angle and the maintenance of dimensions.A footprint free bending or laminating with protective films can be applied to visible surfaces.

Press in and weld nuts and bolts
Essential for all assemblies in enclosures and front panels are pressing and welding fixtures.

Welding
For all materials we have the right welding process. Steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheets we weld by hand or by machine. The corresponding Schweißnahtpassivierungen be put to use in highly stressed parts.

Mill
With our Fräscentren HSC (high-speed cutting) not only optimal surfaces are manufactured. Compared with the conventional milling operation can be carried out with the 5 to 10 times the speeds and feeds according to material. These technological advantages provide for economical processing times.

Grind
When the housing parts and front panels, which are neither painted nor powdered or anodized, ensures a clean cut image for a professional finish.Depending on the component and requirement we grind by hand or belt grinding machines.

Anodizing / chromating
In our in-house electroplating aluminum parts (front panels, sheet metal parts, case) anodized and / or provided with organic conversion coatings. Partially anodized / chromated aluminum parts are possible, as untereloxal printed areas.

Assembly
The installation of locks, sash locks, doors, seals, connectors and special in and add-on parts can be carried out by us. Partial and complete assemblies, we also carry out with materials provided.

Screen printing
By screen printing various materials can be printed. We print to your specifications not only your membrane switches, front panels and front covers. In manual screen printing we can design sheet metal parts and the housing individually. For highly stressed surfaces, we can run the screen printing in Untereloxaltechnik.

Film assembly
Folienendschnitte be performed depending on the support and structure with laser or conventional cutting plotters as well as punching tools.The loading LEDs and metal domes and laminating the entire keyboard assembly will be held for specific projects. Front and decorative foils are shaped with tools from our own production. Here's more, glass and plastic windows and touch screens can be integrated into the front panels and enclosures.
