We are a group of artisan companies, mainly metalworkers, who have been working together for more than 40 years, gathered since 27 November 1980 in the Milanese Consortium of artisans of production.
The associated companies operate in the subcontracting market and, specializing in different processes or even competitors with each other, collaborate in the execution of the orders of a medium-high customer acquired by the Consortium.

Laser cutting
CoolCut offers professional laser cutting and engraving services. In addition, we provide full consulting in the field of laser processing of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our offer is addressed to both individual clients and entrepreneurs. Many years of experience and passion with which we do our work allow us to satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Below we present the range of materials and thicknesses in which we cut:

Bending
We also offer sheet metal bending services with a press brake. Bending is the process of forming sheet metal. With the help of a punch and a sheet prism, we can bend at any angle. We also have a very large number of special tools, thanks to which our offer is very wide. Press brakes, popularly known as bending machines, are numerically controlled devices (CNC), which significantly increase the efficiency of the operator's work, while ensuring accuracy and repeatability.

Welding
Welding is a very important production field, therefore we want to provide you with this service at the highest level. Qualified welders performing their work in a professional workshop will make every effort to ensure that the final product meets all the expectations of our customers. We offer MIG and TIG welding.

Powder coating
We invite you to take advantage of our powder coating services. Our offer includes the full RAL palette. Quality and timeliness are our priority. We pay a lot of attention to the powder coating service, as it is the last stage of our journey through the production process and it is after this stage that our clients see the results of our work for the first time and the best assessment they can give us is to return to our thresholds.
