We are a small, medium-sized group of companies based in Innsbruck and deal with sophisticated mold and plant construction as well as automation technology for the automotive industry. Through a niche-focused strategy and passionate commitment, we have worked our way to the top of our industry.

The history of our family company goes back three generations to 1939.

Here we have specialized in complex shapes for special product groups in the automotive industry. In this business area, our core competencies include molds for sophisticated loudspeaker grilles as well as complex fabric injection molds including peripherals or PMMA column covers. We strive for the lowest possible total lifetime cost (TCO) for our customers. That is why our employees take it more than 100% accurately and work hand in hand and closely together.

In the field of plant engineering, we offer our customers the development and construction of entire plants as well as the manufacture of components, individual and spare parts for such plants.

In the field of automation technology, we concentrate on the periphery of the injection molding process and offer our customers an integrated development process - according to the motto: Everything from a single source! - on.As an experienced mold maker, we start developing the automation technology at the same time as the injection molding technology, thereby saving our customers additional isolated solutions.

Rausch Metalltechnik GmbH was founded in 1996 by Mr. Uwe Rausch and initially focused on the production of fences, railings and stairs for the greater Lengede area.

After a first major order for the construction of 130 transport vehicles for VW Polkovice (Poland) was successfully completed, the first standing order also came from VW. It was necessary to carry out chassis repairs for VW Salzgitter.

In subsequent years, the volume of orders increased steadily. In addition to the production of components for the automotive industry, production was also carried out for private clients, including the construction of special structures in stainless steel.

An important focus of our company's services is the production of components for rail vehicle construction, as well as load handling equipment and steel structures.

We are a renowned metal construction company and offer a wide range of metalworking services. Our focus is on precision work and the production of high-quality metal products according to the individual requirements of our customers.

With our latest addition, the DMG-Mori DMU 50 universal milling machine of the 3rd generation, we are able to carry out complex 5-axis simultaneous processing. This ultra-modern machine enables us to work precisely and efficiently and to guarantee the high quality of our products.

ReBeMo GmbH specializes in the individual processing and assembly of large and small parts for a wide range of industries. We ensure a reduction in your production processes and contribute to their optimization.
On over 1,500 m² of production and storage space, we provide 15 employees with services mainly in the areas of aluminum brazing, CNC machining, welding, forming, assembly, storage and picking.

Water jet cutting is a separation method for almost all materials. Here, a focused jet of water at high pressure is shot (3,600 bar) from a nozzle onto the material to be cut. To improve the cutting performance of the water an abrasive medium (garnet) is added. The beam thus acts as a thin blade, but without heating the cutting edge. The course of the sectional contour is determined by the latest CNC control. Waterjet cutting is therefore an extremely versatile environmentally friendly cold cutting process.
