Damke Metal Processing GmbH & Co. KG is a metal processing, medium-sized family business with over 20 employees in Peter Hagen-Eldagsen. We are a supplier for laser - active and weldments -, folding. For over 40 years we have been supplying the industry for over 80 years and we are at the site Eldagsen. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008

Complex sheet metal processing
Serial and custom metal production. We process steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We have been on the metal production market for more than 20 years!

We produce / work on following working steps for our costumers:

In addition we dispose of own certified products in the photovoltaic segment, especially aerodynamic mounting systems for flatt roofs, that represent our main competence in this area. Furthermore we manufacture special mouldings, cble channels and mounting parts of different kind.

We manufacture from small-scale series to big orders, project-related or to stock. High quality planning and industrial engineering is guaranteed by our engineers, our highly motivated production personnel is at your daily disposal.

D & D Production and Sourcing is a Dutch company with offices in the Netherlands (Bergeijk) and China (Shanghai).

The firm was started in 2006 by the two directors/founders, Jan van der Donk and Hans van Dam.
Since 2010 they have their own production (assembly) company WOFE in China (Shanghai).
D & D Safe Sourcing is ISO 9001 certified and classified as Bosch preferred supplier.

D & D Safe Sourcing uses two concepts: "Production for China" and "Production for Europe".

1) Production for China
This concept is an interesting alternative for exporting products to China.
We take the production of metal (including magnets) -, plastic products and electronics off at selected contractors. This includes also conduct the necessary tools for pressure die-casting, forging, stamping and so on. Parallel to the production in China, we will send your "strategic parts" to our office in China (Shanghai). After receiving all the products is the entrance control, assembly, final inspection, packaging and shipping space and from our factory. The final products are then sent on demand to your local plant in China.

We produce different kinds of products in steel, stainless steel and aluminum, including welding according ISO 3834-2; therefore an international welding technologist and engineer are working in the company.

Thanks to the combination of various processing techniques, after-treatments and transport, we offer a total package and can therefore take over part of your logistic work. We have our own warehouse so that we also have the possibility to put products in stock for you.

We distinguish ourselves by a special machine park. For example, we are able to laser cut very thick materials at a high speed, or to roll special shapes in sheet material on our CNC roller. The sheet materials that we can process on laser cutters go from 0.4 to 25 mm thick up to a length of 6.000 mm! We have a high degree of automation (welding robots) but also very skilled professionals who can manufacture small series, prototypes and special products perfectly. We can bend up to 4,000 mm on our press brakes. We offer the possibility to produce stock; e.e.a. in good consultation with the customer. Possible delivery to the door by means of a truck is also possible.

The machinery and equipment of Deconta program is developed, manufactured and marketed since 1990.
Through the experience of the manufacture of our equipment, we have established ourselves as a contract manufacturing operation in sheet metal processing. Mostly We use mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
In our modern CNC punch press brakes and that are equipped with a wide range of tools, it is possible to make very many forms of sheet metal. For further processing, we employ experienced welders can make the challenging and complex components made of stainless steel and aluminum.
