Laser Cutting
The flexible options of laser cutting can be complex blanks of components.Repeatability of + / - 0.1 mm is the optimum condition for the high quality of workmanship. The variety of materials such as steel to 25.0 mm, stainless steel up to 20.0 mm, aluminum Almg3 to 12.0 mm, are used.
In the development phase we are in building prototypes happy to help. Whether prototype or high volume production, laser cut components are directly in most cases, without further processing, in the manufacturing one.

Bending
The combination of laser cutting and bending technology to demanding components can be manufactured.The prefabricated laser blanks are processed using the latest CNC bending technology. Your supplied drawings or components are adopted and tuned with us on our machines. Without further design work for you, we are creating individual pattern parts, small or large series, according to your special requirements.

Sheet metal processing
he want the complete component manufacturing in one place? Whether you need welding in steel and stainless steel, stud welding or spot welding, drilling, countersinking and thread work, to surface finishing (galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, painting, powder coating, etc.). Göcke-Umformtechnik - the guarantee of conscientious, precise and punctual order handling, whether the contracts come from small, medium-sized or large-scale industry. As a supplier of so-called semifinished products we offer a crucial time advantage in steel, stainless steel or aluminium.

Modern mass production in sheet steel working unfortunately leaves little room for customized solutions. We have therefore come to specialize in the working of unusual flanged profiles. Over a production area of around 35,000 square metres we offer with our many years of experience a professional alternative and a comprehensive all-round service. A total of 135 employees combine state-of-the-art DNC technology, machine professionalism and peak performance.

In our locksmith manufacture and assemble stairs, grating systems, railings, balconies and porches, as well as playground equipment made of metal.

For industry, we produce weldments, sheet metal work, enclosures, industrial railings and working platforms.

In the fabrication shop, we manufacture fittings series for ladders and scaffolding stairs.

I have a small shop in Turkey with two lathes and a milling machine (all three CNC), because I am very new I am looking for orders for my machines.

Also castings are not excluded because I also work together with foundries in Turkey.
