Company HAPLAST d.o.o was established on March 12th 2015 as a continuation of a family business. It specializes in production and sales of products made from plastic. The company offers a service starting from the conceptual idea to the production of an end product available to one-time customers or mass production of million item series. We produce integral parts and components for the production of automotive batterys and industrial batteries, plastic casings for small kitchen appliances, parts for builders’ plastic joinery and other plastic components.

Our machine park consists of 14 injection molding machines with a clamping force between 15 to 450 tons. In cooperation with a contractual partner, we offer product development, making of 3D prototype and tool development.

We are aware of the significance of partnership with the customers, where the response time is very important. In accordance with our business philosophy, we have put the wishes and expectations of the customers in the center of our business performance. By doing so we have gained trust and managed to create a good reputation, which has contributed to our business success so far.

Our company emphasizes and prioritizes customer satisfaction, which is the reason why we continue to look for ways how to meet the highest expectations of even the most demanding customers. The results of active sales participation reflect expected results in the development.

The vision of our company is to become an established manufacturer and vendor of more intricate and demanding products made from plastic in Slovenia, as well as outside its borders, such as Austria and Germany. In the long run, we intend to export at least 50 % of all manufactured products. We are strategically positioned among smaller manufacturers of plastic products with our own knowledge in development and sales of middle and high-quality assortment of products. We see our mission in a continuous process of development and following the trends in the field of plastic masses. We want to create not only higher added value on the company level but also achieve higher use value for our customers. The Herbert Tiemann company was founded in Hamburg in 1962 and moved into its own production facility in Börnsen near Hamburg in 1998. In the beginning the company concerned with the production of electronic and electrical devices as well as the production of transformers and coils. In 1986, the company was expanded to include a further production area, "Plastic injection molding and mold tooling".

We have many years of experience in injection molding and we are well equipped to implement your next project quickly and easily. We live cooperation based on partnership. And if things have to be done quickly, we can also act as an extended workbench.

The HERR Company founded in 1989 located on an elevation of 1.000 m in the Black Forest next to

Company Hiplex d.o.o. was established in1992 by Bojan Filipič. Before of founding of his own company, he worked with his father, who started with its own company at 1973.

Main activity of our company is the production of technically highly demanding plastic products by injection moulding for well know customers and production of prototype and small series for occasionaly customers.

We are producing for companies from electro (white technic, white goods), automotive, medicine and wooden industry.

We are specialist for round product like fans , turbine for water pumps, etc. and we have special measuring equipment for this type of products.

In year 2007 we moved our production to the new and modern production facilities in Gorenja Vas, where we by our 12 employeies produce our products on 13 up to date injection moulding machines (from 22 to 270 clamping force). At the end of year 2023 we had 29 injection moulding machines and 45 employees.

Since it was founded 70 years ago, the Holzammer company has developed into one of the most important system providers for individual and complete components with a focus on medical technology.

The competencies of the Holzammer Group are development and construction services, in-house model and mold construction, plastic injection moulding, surface finishing and assembly including complete packaging solutions. We design, develop and manufacture fittings. This includes fuel fittings and filter elements such as pipe filters, straight-way filters or fuel filters (gasoline filters) as well as fuel cocks and drain cocks. Karcoma-Armaturen GmbH also specializes in the decompression valve, one-way restrictor and other valves such as the aeration and vent valve. Need a customized solution? The integrated possibilities have enabled us substantially to shorten the project run up to the point of series production. The systems Pro-engineer and Catia, available to our staff, permit the creation of structural components and tools, "in one casting" as it were.


Injection Moulds Our staff in the individual manufacturing areas have state-of-the-art technologies and most up-to-date machines (such as 12-wire and 15-wire cavity sinking EDM machines) at their disposal. In producing moulds with a guaranteed number of shots, especially for the automobile industry and consumer electronics, our dictum is precision and quality.

This holds true for injection moulds, diecasting, duroplastic, two-component, rotating, transfer and insert/outsert moulds, just as much as it does for two-colour moulds, combinations of hard and soft plastics, automatic wire leads, in-mould decoration, and precision gear wheels.

Rapid tooling with the aid of our EOS metal sintering machine M250 Extended makes it possible to produce mould inserts for injection moulds and prototype tools within a very short time.


Eighty moulding machines in Vienna and Hungary, with a clamping force of between 25 and 1,100 tons, offer all the possibilities of manufacturing moulded, thermosetting and duroplast, gas-injection moulded, two-component moulded, insert and outsert moulded, as well as in-mould decoration parts.

Our machines are equipped with automatic robot systems, and automatic packaging lines complement the production line.
