Hecht + Dieper are a technically leading enterprise in the field of plastic injection moulding. Supported by a long engineering background and the most up-to-date development techniques in mould design, mould making, and manufacturing, Hecht + Dieper achieve innovative results of the highest precision. The development and production of synthetic material components from an idea to their manufacturing remain in one hand: A prerequisite for short design phases and economic manufacturing.

Since its founding in 1991, we are a full-service in our core competencies plastic injection molding and toolmaking. The obtained over the years, technical know-how, a consistently high product quality, a spirit of innovation and last but not least our skilled long-term employees have made us a distinguished and successful medium-sized family businesses.

With our highly modern and energy efficient machinery, we achieve automated and well-structured production processes and provide our customers with maximum flexibility and a high level of service-oriented production.We currently have in our injection molding machines of the latest generation 11 with a guard between 350 kN and 4,200 kN. The producible Article spectrum ranges from 0.01 g of light and microscopic safety pin, up to 1.7 kg heavy containers. We process all common thermoplastic and elastomeric plastics, whether reinforced or unreinforced. In addition, we have experience in the processing of high temperature plastics such as PEEK and PSU.

In our fully equipped tool and mold making, we manufacture over 90% of injection molding tools in-house, thereby achieving a high level of vertical integration. The latest CAD / CAM software and 5-axis machining centers ensure high productivity and also enable maximum cost efficiency.

Whether components for veterinary medicine, sub-assemblies for the sanitary industry, complex components for sensors and mechanical engineering, or optical for modern supercars - these are just some examples of our wide range of industry structure.Extensive advanced editing options, such as multi-color pad printing, the assembly and processing of electronic components, assembly, and Sortimentsabpackungen round off the range of services and offer our customers "total solutions from a single source."

The HEMA + Mould Plastics Processing GmbH

was founded in October 1990 in doubt Bach / Thuringia. Our services include mold of injection molding and die casting molds and the production of technical injection molded parts. In 2006 we moved into a new building in Jena. We have a state of the art mold including own design.
There are 8 injection molding machines Arburg available. Clamping forces from 250 kN to 3000 KN

Our core competence is the development, production and international distribution of plastic parts manufactured by the injection molding and rotation process.

The profile includes the manufacture of precision technical parts of commercially available thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics in injection molding and pressing methods and their completion and packaging. Particular attention is paid to customer-specific advice and appealing product design.



An exposed position the company takes a particularly in the production of molded parts for electrical, electro-acoustics, safety and materials handling as well as sleeves for the textile industry. In addition, increasingly being manufactured molded parts for automotive engineering in the automotive and railway sectors.
In the area of thermoplastic engineering plastics, mainly PC, ABS, PA, PP, PE, POM and elastomers are processed (except PVC).
