Isolanplast s.n.c. was established in 1962 and specialized in designing and construction of moulds for precision components and relevant injection of plastic and liquid silicone moulding,; furthermore insert moulding and assembling for components parts are carried out by specially designed and constructed assembling and control equipment.

The team consists of 33 employees who can satisfy the different customers requests in every branch. The main markets were we have been offering our services so far are: automation and linear motion technology, automotive, electromechanics, marine and scuba divers equipment.

Certificated according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards, the injection moulding workshop is composed by 23 CNC injection presses from 40 to 300 t, one of which for multi material moulding and 1 silicone moulding equipment.

Besides the Company has 2 3D CAD posts based on Pro-Engineer 2000 software, a mould-construction workshop, a metrological lab with precision instruments used by highly qualified staff only.

We see ourselves as a service company, which provides them with metal products for your production. Either you have drawings or samples and we make them a cost-effective offer or you have an idea and we design for the parts, they bring to the production stage and deliver them cost-series parts.

In many cases, we keep our customers ahead of a warehouse from which the customers get smaller batch sizes.

Our clients use our services for both series parts as well as for items, samples or spare parts for machines to complete.
