Injection molding - From the component devices to designer commodity

For injection molded parts from any available plastic (not PVC) are 26 injection molding machines with a clamping force of 15-800 tons
available.

SWK manufactures moldings, compact injection molded parts, fully reticulated sprayed seals, wipers, plates, vibration features, buffer, membranes, 2-component injection molded parts and much more.

Profiles and elastomeric seals

For the extrusion of profiles SWK used exclusively Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).Among its outstanding features include:

Since the introduction of material TPE to SWK has fully acquired know-how regarding the processing and application possibilities. So we supply the products to clothes dryers with self-developed, welded into continuous rings seals.

On 7 extrusion lines with double dancing and Side extruders profiles are extruded of any cross-section and ribbon seals to 6 kg. These can then be punched to any lengths and printed by laser.

Producing high innovative injection molds such as multi-component injection molding, Variotherm technology, made hollow body molding. Tools with conformal cooling in laser cusing technique. Family in 3rd generation.
