The company Interobal ks was founded in November 1996 on the basis of a thorough study of marketing business partner (Partner), Mr. Werner Brunner and Markus Heinlein.

The company has seen since its inception many developments that have a major impact on the quality and level of services provided.

Due to intensive cooperation with a foam fabricators in Germany, the company acquired very fast technical knowledge and experience in foam processing and packaging technology.
With the accession of another shareholder, Odenwald Chemie GmbH in 1999, the production range was extended to the production of active technical car parts.

In 2001, the quality management system was introduced according to the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 in the company Interobal ks.

The development of the company was closely linked to the dynamics of the economy and the sophisticated technology of customers across the Czech market, and the increasing number of customers from different areas.

Currently the company Interobal ks one of the leading companies in the packaging industry with a focus on production, sales and consulting activities in the field of packaging material processing and packaging technologies. We offer a complete service, starting with packaging development and technical advice on the packaging design on the production of prototypes to mass production including logistics. All this in its own production
and storage rooms, on a site with an area of 72000 m2, and we are with 3200 m2 of production and 3,000 m2 of warehouse space capable of customer requirements and - to satisfy claims in a wide range.

We make Progresive and Transfer Steel Stamping tools up to 4 meters in lenght. We also produce smaller stamping tools with accuracy under 0,005mm.

We also make Plastic injection tools and tools for Aluminium casting up to 1200x1200 in size.

We can machine Graphite, Copper, 5 axis milling. We got complete production including spark erosion, Wire erosion, jig (coordinate) grinding, etc

Our main machines are high end accuracy machines from Hauser, Fehlmann, Makino, Ingersoll, Charmilles, Agie, Mikron, Hermle, Jung

Hereby, you are presented with the company IQS Poland Marcin Ciepły. The company activity is plastic part injection moulding for, among other, automotive industry. The parts are most often produced on entrusted tools.
Apart from injection moulding, we can offer component assembly and moulding painting by means of tamponing. At the moment we provide such services to automotive industry and household goods producers.
Also we can offer tool services. These are conducted in our own tool shop, where we manufacture new moulds and repair or modify the ones being exploited.

With our 50 experienced employees near Saalfeld, we offer the following services:

Isolanplast s.n.c. was established in 1962 and specialized in designing and construction of moulds for precision components and relevant injection of plastic and liquid silicone moulding,; furthermore insert moulding and assembling for components parts are carried out by specially designed and constructed assembling and control equipment.

The team consists of 33 employees who can satisfy the different customers requests in every branch. The main markets were we have been offering our services so far are: automation and linear motion technology, automotive, electromechanics, marine and scuba divers equipment.

Certificated according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards, the injection moulding workshop is composed by 23 CNC injection presses from 40 to 300 t, one of which for multi material moulding and 1 silicone moulding equipment.

Besides the Company has 2 3D CAD posts based on Pro-Engineer 2000 software, a mould-construction workshop, a metrological lab with precision instruments used by highly qualified staff only.
