P&M tools construction is a young company that was founded in 2018 by two mechanical engineers with many year od experience.
The company was founded to offer the market new conceptual solutions, as well as to contribute to the development of the auto and machine industry. In addition, we deal with tool making, modeling and programing.
We offer welding of complex assemblies as well as laser cutting of materials.

Poliamid Plastics is a dynamically developing, Polish, family-run company operating since 1989 on the market of plastics. In the initial period of operating, the company only produced simple elements for the mining industry, and industrial fittings. Today, Poliamid Plastics is the company that offers several thousand of products. We specialize mainly in producing accessories for preinsulated pipes as well as plastic protections for many industries. We also carry out special projects for our customers, ranging from design to serial production.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

The highest quality components, produced by our company are applied in various sectors of industry in the whole world:

– plastic protections: caps and plugs for many sectors of the industry,
– products for preinsulated pipes: centerrings, pipecaps and accessories,
– special products: components made according to individual customers needs.

POLIFORM started in 1979 as a private, family operated mould-making workshop. In 1990 it evolved into a private enterprise assuming the new name of POLIFORM d.o.o.
(Limited Liability Company).

- Located in Valjevo, company's private property consists of 1500 m² of production and administrative facilities.It includes a mechanical metal cutting workshop and a thermoplastics processing workshop.

- Our basic activity is the production of moulds for the injection of plastic mass under pressure. We produce moulds according to the sample, our own documents or the buyer's documents.

- We have produced over 400 moulds so far. Maximum dimensions of the mould which we can produce are 1000X800x800 mm.

According to our technological possibilities, we produce spare parts and assemblies based on the buyer's documents and the parts for special purposes

We own machines for the injection of plastic mass with the capacity from 60 to 1600 gr.
- We use the tools of our own construction and workmanship. The annual capacity of the plant for the processing of plastic mass is about 120.000 kg.

In conversations with our customers, we are often asked where our name comes from, how it originated and what it means, because the one might also suspect in the electronics sector.

Basically, that's not such a bad combination. But most plastics are very good electrical insulators and are therefore often used in the electrical and electronics.

However, the name Polytron derives from the suffix "tron" the products sold by us plastics (Nylatron, Acetron, Ketron, etc.) and from the prefix "poly" as an abbreviation for "polymer" - from plastic.

Actually the name is but remember our roots. Our history goes back to the fact middle of the last century. 1946 processed the Americans Louis Stott for the first time nylon, so polyamide to technically usable semi-finished and founded on this idea based his company, POLYMER Corporation in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States.

As a subsidiary of Polymer Corporation, we were founded in Cologne in 1961 and were renamed since then as POLYPENCO - Polymer Pennsylvania COrporation - Society for Industrial Plastics GmbH.The history of the plastic we have thus witnessed from the earliest beginnings and also partly influenced. We do not want to so be the main focus, but it does show that we can look back on a very considerable period of experience with these yet new construction materials. And experience seems to us one of the essential factors in the proper handling of plastics to be that we in the design of plastic components such as Kunstoffbuchsen, skid plates, spindle nuts, plastic bearings (with runflat tires, suitable for dry running, gleitoptimiert), wear elements and other milling and turning parts of special and high-performance plastics, with bring.
