From our inception in 1986, we are dealing with the production of machine parts for different users, devices, clamping tools and cutting tools as well as the manufacture of turned and milled parts for special engineering.

Moreover series parts are manufactured on automatic bar lathes in CNC lathes area as well as on Palettenfräszentren in medium and large series range with us.

The Gergel Ltd. is company with confirmed tradition founded in 1992. It deals with construction and production of single-purpose machines and equipment, reparation of machine manufacturing equipment and supplies of conveyer systems notably used in the foodstuffs industry. Company is supplier of machine parts and units for important companies in the Czech republic and from abroad.
The company aim is orders realization in high quality, required terms and competitive prices. In 2001 received company certification by EN ISO 9001 standards at DNV. At present day have company 30 employees.

The company Glessmann AG operated for more than 60 years in the field of mechanical large parts manufacturing for components and assemblies up to 10 t. The offer includes prototyping, large mold, building of welded constructions (steel, aluminum), the production of spare parts and the implementation of machine controls. The individual technical production machining is carried out on modern machines (turning ø1850 x 4000 [mm], milling 4000 x 1200 x 1000 [mm], cylindrical grinding (vertical and horizontal), Surface grinding / guideway loops 4000 x 1400 x 1200 [mm], boring 2800 x 1800 x 1600 [mm], ring rollers, straightening presses).
