The J. & G. Renzelmann GmbH (Renzelmann) comprises the divisions Werkzeugschleiferei and trade. The company offers a comprehensive supply of tools from the cutting and machining as well as related accessories. The expert advice for optimal use of the tools are vendor-neutral and on request also the customer's site.
Are offered a wide range of innovative tools and coatings. Renzelmann leads both brands leading brand suppliers as well as our own product lines with proven quality and outstanding value for money. Also develops and produces Renzelmann individual special tools according to customer or optimized the geometry of existing tools as needed.
Worn out tools put the well-trained and experienced staff accurately repaired. Both in making and repairing the computer-aided tool grinding machines (CNC) come with up to five axes for the course.With the help of minimal tolerances are maintained during processing. History

Founded back in 1954 by Irmgard and Johann Renzelmann primarily for machinery trade, the J. & G. Renzelmann GmbH developed in the course of its history to become a recognized expert in grinding technology which now has some 15 employees.
Since 1985, the Bremer family business is run by brothers Jürgen and Gerd Renzelmann. Also dates from the 1980s, the membership of the Technical Association of German precision tool grinder (FDPW), where Gerd Renzelmann as a board member already takes over 10 years of responsibility.
Meanwhile, with Mario Renzelmann already the third generation of the family entered the business.

The company Johne + Co. started its operations in 1992 with the contract manufacturing of high quality brake calipers for the automotive industry and of difficult gear housing for mechanical engineering. To be permanently meet the needs of its customers for reliable precision and optimized production processes, the company soon developed their own, excellent quality tools.

In the following years was a consistent expansion of production and product range through the acquisition of Tela GmbH Company in Horb am Neckar and Förster Precision GmbH, today promoted company A + K Precision GmbH in Solingen.

This created over the past 15 years, a quality-oriented group of companies with worldwide contacts in the automotive industry, aerospace industry, and in the machinery and agricultural machinery segment.



Today, with around 160 employees in the current year, the Group achieved a turnover of over 18 million euros.The company supplies more than 2,000 customers internationally, in which the three companies in the group are listed.
