CESTARO FONDERIE has been set up in 1963 as a family company but with the choice on the best practice and high grade technology.

Qualified and specialized technology has always been a company characteristic, so as Cestaro Fonderie has been specialized in aluminium alloys since the beginning, later it has chosen to produce more and more high grade castings such as power transmission component, and air compression devices during years 80’s, finally from years 90’s High Voltage component and condensing heat exchangers.

During all these years Cestaro Fonderie has gained high level competence in producing aluminum sand castings for a lot of international customers. But at the same time it has developed more and more customer service and flexibility.

Cevher, founded by Technical Teacher Hüseyin Özyavuz in 1955 soon became a school for the Turkish casting sector with a series of firsts in the area. For years in the leading position in aluminium casting pieces, our brand is today in the position of being a leading supplier for the leading OEM customers of the automotive industry with our low-pressure casting method.

Production of the first wheel was carried out in Cevher Casting facilities in 1984. Following this, production continued in an alloy wheels factory established in an area of 30,000 square meters in the Izmir Aegean Free Zone in 2003. Today, Cevher has an annual wheel production capacity of two million alluminium alloy wheels of which more than 90% is exported manufactured in a facility of 44,000 square meters, of which nearly 22,000 square meters of which are covered.

Cevher conducts projects with CAS, CAD, CAE, FEA and casting simulations for product design and development while using CAD/CAM and CNC technologies for mold design and production. Cevher has always prioritised high customer satisfaction and shapes its future targets in order to become a leading aluminium alloy wheel manufacturer by producing customer-focused solutions.

In line with this, investments that will increase production capacity and to create greater employment opportunities are being made. The first step of the growth strategy was taken by beginning operations in a factory area of 34,000 square meters.

Our has the advanced precision casting equipment and the craft, the annual output is above 2000 tons. The product type includes: The pipe-line valve, the mechanical fitting, the vehicle and motor fitting, the power plant boiler, the sports equipment and so on, mainly used in industry demons, the machinery, metallurgy, geology and mining, petroleum, spinning and weaving, automobile, energy and so on. At the same time, our company also may defer to the customer to attempt the request, makes each kind of high accuracy, high surface smooth finish and shape cavity complex casting. At present, our company＇s casting product size precision could be achieved CT4, the surface roughness could be achieved Ra3.2.We can produce all kinds of the casting products between 3 grams to 100 kilograms weight, within 0.5 meter long. The independent heat treatment shop and processes the workshop, can provide the high grade heat treatment and the machining service for each kind of material for the customer. The company also has the spectrometer made in Germany , the HR -150A machine for testing hardness, the impact testing machine , the advanced physics and chemistry laboratory and other check equipment. We strictly guarantee the quality and the sound surface of our products for all customers .

COSVECO S.r.l. was founded in 1979 and originally specialized in the production of brass and zinc die-cast parts for the consumer area. Over time, our company has focused on zinc die-casting parts developing expertise and technologies that today are used in all technical fields (furniture accessories, automotive components, electronic opening and locking systems parts, electric appliances parts, lighting components, cosmetics, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, etc…) and their application.
COSVECO S.r.l. has highly qualified technologies and efficient systems for the production of components made of zinc alloys, as well as for treatment of various surfaces by semi- and full automatically production process.

The company has grown a lot in recent years thanks to the targeted investments that involved both new production equipment and the quality sector with the installation of a metrological laboratory with qualified personnel and calibrated and certified equipment (eg 3D measuring machine).
Furthermore, thanks to our information system we are able constantly monitor all production processes by traceability of the lot.
