HÖRMANN Automotive GmbH consists of six high-performance companies with decades of experience in the development, production, assembly and logistics of components for the vehicle industry.
Strategic business areas

The business at HÖRMANN Automotive is divided into three strategic business areas: Truck, Off-Road and E-Mobility.

In the "Truck" division, we specialize in the manufacture of frame and BiW components for commercial vehicles. In the commercial vehicle frame in particular, we cover a holistic technology portfolio through the manufacture of frame side members, frame add-on parts, welded assemblies and tubes and are available to our customers as a system partner.Due to our extensive technological competence, we provide our customers with valuable input and advice on cost-effective and innovative component design in the early phase of product development.
The "Off-Road" division offers us a wide range of customer access through a broad technology portfolio. We specialize in flap systems for agricultural machinery and buses, tank systems for agricultural and construction machinery as well as complex welded groupings for off-road needs. Here, too, we stand by our customers in the area of product development as an active development partner, coming from our in-depth know-how in technology.
Future mobility will be sustainably influenced by electrification and will enable new solutions in many of our customer industries. We meet these requirements and potentials with the aim of actively shaping future mobility, for example by assembling charging stations or components for electric vehicles.Accordingly, we feel committed to developing and delivering needs-based and at the same time innovative system solutions in the "E-Mobility" division, and we also consistently align our actions in the "Truck" and "Off-Road" areas accordingly.

For more than 60 years H.P. Kaysser GmbH + Co. KG has been belonging to the internationally accepted best sheet metal processors on the market. As a customer-oriented, family run medium-sized enterprise we produce with more than 300 dedicated employees at our locations in Nellmersbach (near Stuttgart, Germany) and Bistrita, Romania.

We are a small company in the field of metal construction and are always looking for new challenges.

The roots of our company dates to 1948, when Forgemaster Liborius Eilers has his own business with an agricultural machinery trade in Werlte. From the beginning, a clear focus on quality and flexibility were the focus of entrepreneurship. After Hubert Eilers in 1984 over the management there was a realignment of the company. The Eilers GmbH now evolved from back Landmaschinenhandel the successful supplier of welded assemblies. With Christian and Frank Eilers today is already active in the 3rd generation of the founding family in the company management. Around 80 qualified and committed employees are currently on solid team. More than 6,000 tons of steel, we process around 8.000qm hall space annually. Whether welder or constructor: Every employee knows his way in his work area, thus guaranteeing the best results. Our range is as varied as the needs of our customers. As a supplier for large manufacturing companies, we specialize in the production of steel products, laser, edging and profile parts. Right down to the fully assembled welding groups we cover the complete range of services. Our products are used among other things as search truck bodies and commercial vehicle chassis, as cranes and cabs for underground LHD, in wind turbines as well as components in agricultural and construction machinery. We have made us as a system supplier a good name in the industry. Our Longtime clients include one of Europe's largest manufacturers of commercial vehicles and among the major German manufacturer of wind turbines.
