We are a small family business that deals with many activities.
We manufacture steel platforms, welded constructions, roofs, railings, handrails, steel components, stainless steel (predominantly 1.4301) and aluminum alloys. In addition, with our machine park, we are also able to carry out small series as well as single part production in turning and milling work.
Recently, we have been accompanied by a flame cutting machine, with the help of which we can also produce thicker plates independently and at short notice.

Laser and bending work are no problem for us and our neighboring companies, which means that sheet metal working is also possible.
We are also happy to take over 3D CAD work and can thus offer you an all-inclusive package. :)

The individual company stufenvier was founded in 2017 as an engineering office for welding technology and occupational safety. We have continued to develop to this day. The change of name to stufenvier GmbH was followed by the establishment of an in-house welding production facility.

We are currently in the development process of our own product line. From the beginning we have focused on long-term business relationships with our customers. We achieve this by building mutual trust, high-quality work results and economical work. Constant commitment, innovation and creativity enable us to solve even challenging tasks together.

The Schulz Conveyor Systems GmbH with its seat in Gräfenroda was founded by Mr. Peter Schulz 1991st Immediately after the foundation began to invest in the latest technologies. Aided by the laser cutting technology, which had its technical breakthrough early 90s, the clientele, and thus the company grew rapidly. Within just a few years on the former site of an old glass factory an advanced sheet metal manufacturing. After the laser technology also held technologies such as the folding and welding feed.

In 1997, Schulz conveyor systems GmbH took over part of the Gothaer Fahrzeugwerke. Thus opened up for the company, a new line of business - the automotive industry.

Today the company Schulz conveyor systems GmbH is a solid medium-sized company, which adapts through a flexible, broad-based manufacturing processes and the rising and volatile market conditions and requirements.She specializes in the manufacture of welding and assembly, as well as laser and metal parts.

We specialize in thermal protection tubes, thermowells, static mixers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tube coolers. We have an approval acc. ASME Section VIII Div.1 (Certificate No .: 54.838 - 27.03.2018) and are accordingly approved Stamp-Holder. Likewise, we are approved manufacturer for defense technology products acc. DIN 2303 and are approved for the manufacture of pressure equipment cat. II module A.
