As a traditional company, we offer services in the field of sheet metal processing, laser cutting, punching and nipple technology as well as various bonding techniques.

With us you get individual products just as complete assemblies. We manufacture according to customer sketches, drawings or samples. Starting from raw material through to visual design (surface) They get us a finished product, from single pieces to series.

In its 30th anniversary year, shoptec is strengthening its production site in Csót, Hungary, with investments worth millions. Among other things, an additional third laser system from Trumpf with 8 KW output and another press brake will be installed in the coming months. A wide belt grinding machine with automatic deburring and edge rounding has already been put into operation.

With this orientation, shoptec consolidates its position as a reliable and high-performance partner for industry. Especially the stainless steel production is strengthened by the new investments, after the production areas steel and aluminum processing were already expanded in the last years.

Shovel d.o.o. is a manufacturing company, based in Croatia.

We are currently operating as a full scale manufacturing company, but our primary proffesion is industrial design and prototype manufacturing, leading to full scale serial production.

Shovel d.o.o. is established 28.8.2014 and it has been working on high end MTB parts, but for expertise in the field, we have expanded our field of operations to a full scale production.

Our fully deisgned, developed and manufactured products can be seen on www.shovelcomponents.com , and for our outsourcing operations we still do not have the website, as we are taking only long term projects, so we do not need a website.

From the development through our own tool to production.

Cutting and non-cutting beveling, we carry out in-house. For the surface treatment, we work with qualified partners and guarantee the highest quality of the final product.

Our engineering department takes care to realize your order from conception and design to the construction of complete machinery plants, facilities and conveyor systems. This allows us to react flexibly and reliably to your wishes in each stage of development.

On actually 3.500 m² production space we manufacture with conventional and state-of-the-art CNC-machines a comprising range of products from simple stair railings to sophisticated
industrial facilities.

All the work is done exclusively by our own qualified and specialized staff. Our products are delivered by our own fleet of trucks.
