We can machine Graphite, Copper, 5 axis milling. We got complete production including spark erosion, Wire erosion, jig (coordinate) grinding, etc

CNC machining

A modern machine park with three Doosan CNC lathes and two CNC machining centers is available. On our CNC lathes, we also manufacture machine parts for the automotive industry.

Testing of machine parts

All individual components and tools are subjected to extensive quality assurance measures. The instrument used is a 3D coordinate measuring machine (DEA Global) in use, which is equipped with the PC-DMIS program. We also have a hardness tester, one measuring station for surface roughness and a device for magnetic particle testing in accordance with DIN EN 473 and ASME CP-189th

ITLA works into the Research and Production of semifinished manufacts of steel by mechanical cold works and laser cut and it’s recognized by Italian Minister of Research and University as Lavoratory for mechanical prototypes.

ITLA was established in 1981 to produce parts of articles for the building trade.
The company was restructured in 1994, when Alberto Bartalucci, became President and Managing Director.

In 1995’th there was the purchase of the first laser cut machine. This acquisition allowed the company strategy to change . It was decided not to have just one sale market but to offer our activity to the whole sectors which buy steel pieces.

In 1998’th it’s possible to record a general production empowerment. This can be easily seen with financial turnover results. In the year 2000 th the company’s structure has been completely definied and the quality has been achieved

We are located into the center of Toscany, a well known land for turistic attraction but where We ‘re trying to give good relief to the industrial work too. Now We are on a surface of more than 25.000 squared meters, of which the covered area is almost 10.800 sm.
