In 1995 Schwabentechnik was founded in people stream in Winnenden. Within a short time the company won a good reputation as a contract manufacturer of precision metal parts, non-ferrous metal and plastic.Meanwhile, there is a Schwabentechnik team of 24 employees and provides customers with precise machining with full service.

Schwabentechnik stands for customer focus, quality and comprehensive service. All the steps we take care of professionally according to the principle "all-in". This means that you provide us with the task, and we take all steps from production planning to the delivery of your pre-finished parts. Our well-equipped machine park and the dedicated team guarantees an always consistent high quality and punctuality.

We turn and mill CNC controlled and conventional
Depending on the task, we use CNC machines or conventional processing technology. Please contact Schwabentechnik precision signed and sealed: Our in-process quality assurance procedures ensure consistent quality products.The work plan contains all the important stages of the first article inspection to final inspection.

Drawings and files
Data for the manufacturing of the workpieces, you can provide us with conventionally as a drawing or digital form. Besides the preferred SolidWorks data, we can use all other major file formats.

A broad and flexible range of production
In addition to CNC milling, conventional and CNC controlled turning we offer all conventional and CNC controlled grinding process. We manufacture almost all machinable materials, high-quality precision parts. Even special materials such as copper, brass and various plastics are no problem for our experienced and qualified team.

Our technique leaves no customer unfulfilled
Schwabentechnik also meets special customer requests.In addition to the finishing of all known surfaces and hardening techniques we offer labeling your parts with part numbers, symbols or logos.

Laser working area for non metal orders - 1250x2500mm and 900x600mm.

Sheet metal bending machine are suitable to bend sheets until 3000mm long, and 8mm thickness plates.

2. CNC MACHINING
For the processing of the materials we use a very high quality device of the brand HACO.
We offer bends up to 3000mm. The maximum pressure is 135 tons.

3. DRAWING
We have in-house designers or draftsmen and we also gladly help you develop new designs.

4. WELDING
Our welders weld for our customers TIG, MIG-MAG and REL.

5. POLISH
All our products can be extra polished according to the customer's request.
